Please. Please. This is NOT a distasteful joke. I've been inside spawn shoreline hospital, room# 525. (As far as I can tell) the nursing staff here are torchering a poor woman on this floor. Ive been here for about 7-8 days & have been attacked, mis-treated. Someone please get an investigationll reporter in this atrocious place

My child was chosen for the 3 star student segment. All information was submitted and we were told a specific date that he would be featured. Picture it now, my entire family is sitting around the television waiting to see my child featured on KIII because he was very proud and excited. The segment comes on and.a different child is featured. My son was crushed, but everyone makes mistakes so we roll with it. I told him I'd contact the station to see what happened. Sure enough, mistakes were made and my son would be featured the next week. The next week rolls around and my son is featured. Yay! They tell him that he will receive a prize package within 10-14 days. It is almost a month later and we still have not received the prize package. I contact Charlie Lozano inquiring about the prize (the gentleman who I have been in contact with throughout the entire process), and he completely ignores me. He has ignored me for over a week now. Do I care about the prize package? Absolutely not. But when you tell a child he wins a prize, you better follow through. You already crushed him by featuring another child on his day and now you're going to tell your viewers you're sending out prize packages when you really aren't? That's called fraud. Completely disappointed with how everything was handled. Very unprofessional.
