Utility office personnel are extremely rude and unhelpful. It doesn't matter if we are calling to pay a bill or change account information, they are always SO rude.

The woman answering the telephone is INCREDIBLY RUDE! She basically denies you service from the get go and offers NO HELP WHATSOEVER. Change your attitude or find a new job because customer service is NOT FOR YOU!
