I Love this place. They are so kind and Love the animals so very much. They showed us so much compassion while we went through or little dog being sick and were so thoughtful and very tender when we had to move forward and have him put down.

I wish I knew the doctors name who saw my babies but I don't. I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND OR USE THIS PLACE AGAIN. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND ONLY OUT TO MAKE MONEY EVEN AT THE RISK OF GETTING A PET SICK FROM VACCINATING WHEN THEY'RE UP TO DATE. TOTAL Traaaaash!

Best place to take your horses. They are super reasonable and super helpful when I had a hard time loading my horse back up.

The best vets in East Texas. I bring my large and small animals all here. From treating my dogs pulled ACL to my horse's car wreck (yes, literally, he was hit by a car), I trust this team to take care of my critters and to give me honest, real answers about what to expect.

Staff, nurse tech, and Dr.were very good, and they took care of all my kitten's at once. Awesome place, would recommend.

Very pleased, my daughter's little puppy was very sick we got excellent care in a timely manner. We took another puppy in he was also extremely ill they treated him kept him over week end he had iv meds for parvo and he made it I am extremely grateful for all they did to save are little snickers. Really happy with current vets surgical work, though we used to go to see Dr Thoni. Hoping they will stay! Very patient with a newly trained, formerly wild horse. Also did a great job on a gelding who needed eye removal to get rid of his cancer. Wonderful reconstruction of CWH The Sea King's face as well.

Super nice staff and one of the more affordable clinics in the area. Have been super great at bringing more than one of our fur babies back from the brink.

Sad day for my former horse and I. He's been a patient 12yrs. They've always been reasonable, and clean.

I have seen both large and small animal vets. Dr Thoni is phenomenal. He has tons of knowledge and patience. Every time I’ve had to take my horses to him I knew they were getting great care.
I can not remember the name of the vet I saw for my dog. It was an emergency, the staff and the vet were very kind and super helpful and really showed a lot of compassion for my injured dog. I definitely recommend this office for both your small and large animals.

I must be crazy because I've come back here for one reason or another expecting a better than last time or the time before that or the time before that experience but no its always bad. It's just so close to our house that I always take another chance but they seem to show us their true colors each time in a different way each time no less. The blonde lady and the girl at the front desk are the worst. Always some sarcastic comment being said as if you're to dumb to understand sarcasm or something. Most recently the blonde lady was was mumbling something to the nurse as they looked over our dog as if I literally wasn't standing right there. Seeing that the the blonde lady was clearly.a supervisor I asked her a question about nail clipping and she looked at me rolled her eyes turned then walked away.leaving me feeling like an idiot humiliated. The other nurse actually saw this and apologized for the rudeness of the blonde lady saying she can be kinda mean sometimes she's just had a long day. I've had a long day too but it doesn't mean she can just be hateful whenever she feels like it. So tired of being treated like I'm not paying for a service as if my dog is treated only by the kindness of their danm hearts!

They ran my cats blood and told me she was in kidney failure. $400 later, come to find out, she's not, they ran the tests wrong and she's fine. They wouldn't even talk to me about it or apologize, they hung up on me. They didn't take her temperature, or listen to her heart, and the next vet found her heart murmur. Absolutely awful and a total waste of money, they just try to get you out quickly.
