Killen's Steakhouse, Pearland TX

Food is way overpriced. $500.00 for 2 steak dinners is unreasonable considering the quality of the meat. Bland and tasteless.
There are a lot of steak restaurants in the Houston area. Better meat and lower price.
I advise people to go somewhere else.

Loved the food and service.
The atmosphere was too loud for me to return. It was quite expensive, but would have been acceptable if I was able to speak across the table without raising my voice. I am in search of an intimate steakhouse for date night like "old school Perry's".

We walked in and were told the floor was completely booked - no problem. We were then told we could sit at a small table right by the door, the bar, or outside. We chose outside. The hostess shoved menus at us and barely made eye contact. I’m sorry, but even at Outback Steakhouse they walk you to your table. Felt very much like we weren’t welcome there.

It was our first time trying this steak house. It has a very nice atmosphere. You can dress up or casual nice. It can be romantic or family style. The reason I say this is the noise level of the people who go there. It's louder than I anticipated for a high dollar steak. It has a more relaxed atmosphere than somewhere like Flemmings. The service was great and the food was delicious. I think we liked the mac & cheese better than the scalloped potatoes and the creamed corn. Don't bother getting the lobster in it though- you don't get enough to offset the price of adding it. All in all it was a nice place to have some higher end steaks.

Have always loved this restaurant since it opened. My wife took me to dinner for my birthday so to Killens Steakhouse we went. Me and my wife have never been disappointed. Food and service have always been superb!

What can I say that hasn't already been said? Best steakhouse in Pearland. Food is delicious and it is wonderful to have somewhere of this caliber to go to in Pearland. I did have to send my steak back once - I asked for medium rare and it came out medium well. Had to wait for a new one that was excellent but the rest of the party was done eating by that time.

Very good service and the apps, Salads and sides were fine. The steaks were a big disappointment. Had the ny strip dry aged, medium rare and the steaks we done dry. No juice whatsoever.

Our steaks were to die for and most of the sides were delicious. I was, however, very confused at the onion ring option at such a high scale establishment. They were cut way to thick with very thin breading that was at a high minimum for flavor. Service was impeccable.

The steak.amazing! The sides we had were unbelievable. Brussel sprouts, lobster Mac and cheese and Broccoli/cheese risotto.all to die for

Excellent waiter, good atmosphere, exceptional food, but the prices are very high. Not sure the "exceptional-food-to-high-price" quotient was worth it. Very glad we tried it, but perhaps it's just not for me. I'll stick to Killen's Barbecue!

Our occasion for a fine dinner was to celebrate the 80th birthday of our dear friend. The staff greated us well and made every effort to help us enjoy our first visit to Kileen's.the food was perfect and the atmosphere lovely. We enjoyed our experience and would certainly love to return.

The flavor of steak is better than taste of Texas. In the meantime, the price of the food is more expensive than other same steakhouse. The customers are required to wear formal dresses. So I think it’s the suitable place for business activities.

This location is pretty decent for the most part. The only reason I gave it 3 stars was because I ordered my steak to be medium and it came out a little bit on the well done side. Other than that the side dishes.the service, and the drinks were pretty good.

Father’s Day did not go as planned. We were looking for a nice savory meal! Although the photo looks nice, the meal needed seasoning or maybe even the owner’s touch. The ribeye was not what we expected to say this is an upscale restaurant. The crazy part was, I was about to order the $175 flight of steak and I don’t believe I would have been pleased. The only reason why we didn’t send it back, was because we were tired and ready to go to sleep and didn’t want to cancel our reservation to a so called nice restaurant. And don’t get me started on the many gnats and flies that were surrounding us. I’m not sure what this restaurant was going for on Father’s Day knowing that many men who grill would be there expecting the wow factor and not just a seared hunk of bland meat. Well all in all, you got me for $160. Never again.

One of my frequent steakhouses. Open floor plans, consistently quality food. I recommend to family and friends. I took my sister there, we ordered the most expensive steak on the menu, we didn’t like it, man it was so bad switching it out. Our server was visibly angry with us. It made it so uncomfortable.

I went here last month and it was DELICIOUS! I'm not huge on steak but this place changed my mind. No steak sauce was needed because of how flavorful it was. The creamed corn is a must have!

For those of us lucky enough to live close by, a great spot for happy hour! But worth the drive for our Houston friends for an unforgettable special dinner out. Too many favorites to pick from the menu, just be sure and finish the evening off with their fabulous dessert selection. Expansive wine list and wonderful atmosphere! Celebrate your next special occasion here!

We have eaten in NYC most acclaimed Steak Houses. This was a great discovery here in the Houston area. Michelle was our server, she did an excellent job. Thanks. I also discovered Ronnie has servel other restaurants in Pearland and one in the Heights. We are looking forward to checking them all out.

Steaks were delicious. Service was first rate. Very fancy compared to my usual fare. We went as a special anniversary celebration.
