First time here today-you had me with the amazing waffle cone smells when you walk in! Frantasic friendly service and excellent wonderful ice cream! Why do you not have a location in our Capital City-Austin. Again why not or can I ask WHEN will you have a location in Austin? !? !

The customer service was absolutely amazing. I had a young Hispanic lady wait on us yesterday 10/07/2023 she had us sample some fudge. We bought some and it was delicious. I wish I remembered her name. I believe it was Wendlin it started with a W she was amazing and I’d go back just to buy more sweets from her. Great fudge by the way.

Have been to other locations and always had delicious treats there. Smells so good when you walk in. It was super hot and the pistachio ice cream was good.

Great service. Free samples. Pecan pralines and buttered pecan on homemade waffle cone they make in-house. Delicious.

Good service. We visited 3 times during our stay. For the first time staff was amazing they were very knowledgeable and gave perfect recommendations on ice cream and let us taste, which was very kind.

Nice place! I was amazed to have found quality made ice cream and candy. I was greeted by Adrian. He was friendly and patient with me and my two undecided kids. I ordered a cup of ice cream and a cone ice cream. I was amazed that it was $12.97. But when I tasted it, the quality was worth it. It’s creamy and probably has a bit less sugar than most commercial ice cream. And our scoops were 1.5 to 2 times larger than the regular scoop. It was enough to do at least 4 people. So it’s worth it! Especially when you’re not from San Antonio and people are trying to sell you something left and right

We visited Kilwins for some evening ice cream on 6/29 in San Antonio, TX. This was a nice little ice cream place within quick walking distance from our hotel. They had tons of flavors and the service was awesome. I would highly recommend this ice cream place to everyone that visits the San Antonio area!

Amazing chocolate. We had the caramel covered marshmallow with milk chocolate drizzle, a pretzel stick covered with “turtle” (milk chocolate, caramel and pecan pieces), and also the white chocolate covered rice krispy treat with sprinkles. The perfect treats and quality chocolate! We were happy and satisfied!

The employee was so kind and generous! I asked for two scoops and he definitely gave me a bit more than that! Also, the ice cream is delicious!

Best ice cream in town. Great place to stop in and cool off from this San Antonio heat. Other sweets are available. Enjoy! You’ll love the goodies here.

This is my 3rd or 4th time in. Kilwins is my go to for my chocolate fix. I bring family and friends here when they visit. From the second you walk in they are friendly and courteous. Prices are good and the chocolate and candies are amazing. I personally recommend the turtles and the caramel apples.
