After seeing the reviews. I had to comment. I tried to submit my son photo on their website and did not work. They have an email there that you can email. I told my concerns to it. Connie wrote me back asking for more information about my son. I then forgot to reply to her last email and she called me back. She is very very polite. She quickly assisted me and had me booked. This is the first time I ever tried this. My experience has been good. I can't wait for the meet and greet.:) A friend recommend them to me and had nothing but nice things to say.
I will refer them to my family.
