14Had an appointment and the door is locked and no one inside. They could have messaged me that they were running behind.
Don’t pay with your card! I checked my account and they had added more then I had signed for. Please check your receipts. I added a tip but they added more.
I showed them a simple design and my nails are thick and short. I made a appointment for 1: 45 and they didn’t start on my nails tell 2: 30 almost.
Even though we were a walk-in, there was no wait for our Pedi. The technicians were professional and good. They spent extra care on my 87 year old mother, making sure she had the best care Thank y'all

This is the second time we have tried to get our nails done, they had me make an appointment for 2 and by 3: 15 my my feet were just soaking in the water

When I went to Kim nails I thought that I was going to love it. When the nail tech started on my nails though she wasn’t paying attention to me only to T. V. She then started with the drill and didn’t even notice it go down my finger and cut it. I will not be returning.
I am very particular about manicures. I have my own nails and hands down the manicure I got this week is the best one I have ever had! I had about half the length taken off requiring a complete reshape of my nails. The length and shape of all my nails is perfect and the dip nails are the icing on the cake!
Worst eyebown wax I have ever had they did not shape them at all and are uneven. I have been going here for years. I will never go back.
I love getting my nails and toes done never in a hurry even when they are busy super friendly! Love it will go back!

The girls who work there are very nice. My daughter and I didn't even have to wait even though we were late for our appointment because I accedently passed it and had to turn around.
