Absolutely wonderful experience from the front desk all throughout my appointment! That includes the lab person I dealt with.

Dr Bourne is a wonderful doctor! I have recommended her to several family members and friends, all whom use her as their doctor now.

It’s very hard to get an appointment and if you have medical emergencies and have to miss a couple appointments, she will drop you as a patient. You may keep in touch through the portal messages but that’s not good enough and she doesn’t care. I think this is very sad for a doctor. Don’t expect anything different than what I typed.

Dr. Bourne treated me with respect and answered my questions in regard to health concerns. I would recommend Dr. Bourne to other's.

My actual name is Jeremy Cobble, but Dr. Bourne and her staff were very friendly and kind which is a very different experience than I am accustomed to usually you walk into a Doctors office you get a cold shoulder from the staff and sometimes from the Doctor. This didn’t happen at my first Dr’s visit with Dr. Bourne and her staff and I was very surprised by the friendliness and kindness of the staff. I wish I could do more than this comment because they went above and beyond in my experience of Doctors and the staff at other businesses.

After years of struggling with medical problems related to my thyroid someone finally referred me to Dr. Bourne and she determined levels werent where they needed to be got me started on thyroid meds and its been a 180. I am so thankful I can finally enjoy life again! She has been great for my husband and my Dad's diabetes as well they both think she is the best as well!

While waiting on the doc my blood sugar started dropping, & I was taken care of in a timely manner. Hats off to the staff for EXCELLENT service.

I have been seeing Dr Bourne for over 4 years. Anytime I had questions, I would contact her through email or phone. I was always contacted back within a few hours by phone or email. When I need a refill on a prescription it is promptly filled. Her staff is always very friendly. I go to other doctors offices and they are not as friendly as hers.

On my first visit with an Endocrinologist, Dr. Bourne was very courteous, and displayed genuine concern for me and my diabetic condition by discussing and providing creative treatment that I haven't experienced in dealing with this disease for 20 years. Plus, her nursing staff was actively upbeat and helpful in all aspects of my appointment. Dr. Bourne and her team are a fabulous asset to URPG.

Great doctor and they really reat you with respect when you go. In lawton CCMH is our county hospital and they just treat you like you are bothering them.
