I can’t express how upset we are with the entire process and visit. My daughter was there for almost 4 hrs with 20 min of dental work. 30 years my ace!

The girl in the front mumbled “It’s Too Early” while I was walking away from front desk. Baby I’m not the one because I will say something. You can’t say that and expect a good review honey!

They were filling out my paperwork and when I asked to see it they said I already signed it. The lady made me sign things and leave other blank and when I said something she said the dr will fill that part out. So I will be calling my insurance to see what they filed on claim. Sounds fishy to me.

How are they open?

This place doesn’t even deserve one star. Do not go here. They will lie to you, and refuse to correct their mistakes even if you have proof of an error on their part. On my first visit, the front desk lady said my insurance was not active, so I pulled up my insurance information on my phone proving it was active and she says she will call again to verify. She calls, verifies that it is active and says “oops, I must have misheard the first time I called. ” I went in for a maxillary partial denture I was needing and I asked if I prepaid for it, could they still submit a claim to my insurance company and and get a refund on the amount my insurance company pays, the lady said yes, so I prepay $600. I wait for a month and I get no calls, no emails, nothing. So I called my insurance company and asked a representative if my dentist submitted a claim and they tell me no. I then asked if my insurance benefits cover a maxillary partial denture and the rep said yes, 50%, then I asked can my dentist still submit a claim for a procedure already done and she says yes, dentist has a year to submit a claim from the date of the procedure. So the next day I go to the dental office and spoke to the billing lady and she lied to me saying that my insurance doesn’t cover maxillary partial dentures. When I told her yes they do, I spoke to a representative from my insurance company. She then lied again and said “oh, well, I meant they won’t take a claim for a procedure that has already been done. ” I said “Yes they will, the representative said you have a year to send a claim from the date of the procedure. ” She responded with “Oh, you actually spoke to someone at your insurance company? ” I said yes. So she grabs a claim form and fills it partially out in front of me and says she will submit it that day. 4 weeks later I get a letter from my insurance company saying they are denying the claim because they don’t cover “miscellaneous procedures”. I looked at what ADA billing code that lady at the dental office put on the claim and it’s a code for a miscellaneous procedure, not the correct code for a maxillary partial denture. She put the incorrect billing code on the insurance claim. I suspect she did this purposely and if so, it’s insurance fraud.

I had an appointment today for a root canal. About a week ago, I went in for a consultation (which I sat in the lobby for an hour after my appointment time) and I did not get to see my X-Ray. (this really did not matter to me, but I wished as they explained why I needed a root canal, which they never did, they showed me the tooth). At the end of consultation, an appointment was set (the one for today) to do the procedure. At no time, did anyone at the front desk tell me how much I would have to pay out of pocket for the root canal. They simply scheduled my appointment and told me I was good to go. When I showed up today, a bill was thrown at me with no explanation. For extra background, I am 20 years old and my mother was present with me because I am still new to making appointments. What I’m about to say next is the most absolute stupidest thing I’ve ever heard in my entire life. When my mom asked if we could pay half now and half later (set up a payment plan), the woman at the front desk went back and asked the doctor to which he replied and said: “yes, but i’ll do half a root canal and do the other half later. ” In what sane world would that work? To be in pain now and later.as well as a huge possibility of a dental infection.twice. What if I had to get a wisdom tooth pulled? Would they pull it half way out and say, “see you next time! ” To say that’s the stupidest thing ever is an understatement. I set up another appointment for a later date, but I highly doubt I will go back. On top of this, the front desk workers are beyond rude and unethical and it seems like they don’t care or aren’t passionate about their job. Kindle Dental is NOT a welcoming or friendly place. They are money-hungry, dissatisfied people who aren’t interested in care of their patients. I wish I could give them zero stars. I would advised any and everyone to steer clear from this place because they are unorganized and unprofessional.

Very unorganized
My girls had an appointment at 3: 30 they wrote down 3: 30 on my card but put us down for 3 so now we have to wait till they can get us in. Not to mention they overbooked all the kids for spring break last week so we ended up leaving after waiting over an hour wait.

NO stars Do NOT Use … our 1st visit was canceled 2nd visit the doctor was 2 hours late. 3 an hour late surgery was rescheduled so many times 4 visits was a long wait. Trying to see if my daughters crown is ready cause it’s been 2 months and nobody will answer the phone.

Dr. Luke is my favorite dentist in the world! He puts up with my crying and is super sweet and funny! I'll be sad when all my teeth are fixed and I won't have a reason to go as much.

Talk about surprise attack! What a load of shot this place is! Called to get a denture reline. Had major issue with a reline at my dentist office they used a new product that burned my mouth. So I called and asked if Kindle could do a soft reline for me was told $230.00 - $320.00. Rip off artist got me for $684.00!
Should be a shamed to gouge!

The dentists and dental staff were pleasant, knowledgeable and considerate of my disabilities. I went in believing I was going to need two teeth extracted due to unbelievable pain in right lower jaw. The first dentist brought in a second for a second opinion. The bottom line is I had an infection in between tooth and jaw. All I needed was antibiotics at this time.
This occurred because my bone in jaw is receding. I was originally told this 10 years ago so it was no surprise.
They could have extracted a tooth and I would have thought nothing of it. They had the integrity, honesty to tell me it was not required at this time and that I did not have a cavity in the back of a tooth where I thought I did.
My S/O said she was unhappy with front office staff. They were not very pleasant and made her wait for no apparent reason just to get my insurance card back.

Drove all the way from Big Sandy for my appointment this morning (I have been to this location before with the same insurance that I have now). I called them a few days ago to make sure that they still took the insurance, and that I wouldn't have a copay. They said they take the insurance, and no copay. I go to check in and they say they don't take it, and claimed they tried to call me to let me know; they never did. I wasted time, and gas. I understand that sometimes they change insurance that's accepted, but it would have been nice to be informed before driving 40 minutes for nothing. I have a broken tooth that's extremely painful, and now have to find a new dentist.

I love the Dr. /Owner she is EXCELLENT. Dr.is the best with my son and the issues he has with anxiety, she is who we have looked for for many years. I would rave on her to anyone but her front office staff is ridiculous, we have been here 3 times in the past 2 months and each time we have waited over 2 hours for our appointment. No one calls to say hey we are running a little late, hey can you come in at a later time nothing! When I ask the office staff how long is the wait, the girl up front is always just sitting texting on her phone. Customer service is EVERYTHING and what makes a business thrive, but her office staff lacks it horribly.

The wait here is way way to long!
All day most of the time. They are quick to call you back which is good because it makes tou think maybe you'll be able to get in.and get out.but then once you get back there you just sit.and sit.and sit. No one gets in a hurry to get to you.and no one cares how long you are there.

My daughter had a filling out in today. They spoke in what she thought to be Chinese over her the entire they worked on her mouth. She never knew what they were saying or what they were doing to her. She didn’t even know they were going to be shooting needles in her mouth and they kept shooting her mouth up with lidocaine and her heart started racing and was feeling dizzy. That’s when they begin speaking in a foreign language the entire time they worked on her mouth. She would yell out in pain and they just continued rambling on in their foreign language. This is totally unprofessional and I would not recommend them to anyone. If I could give them a zero I would.
