2I have been working with Cheryl for the better part of the last year. Her S. P. O. R. T. S Therapy (FDM) technique has had better results for my lower back spasms and tightness in my upper back than AROSIT, chiropractors (2 different chiropractors), and conventional physical therapy (from 3 separate physical therapists). I am a long time Brazilian jiujitsu (BJJ), Judo, and no-gi practitioner (currently BJJ purple belt). I cannot recommend her work enough. I was almost ready to give up on sports because last year I had 8 episodes of back spasms. Since I have stated working with her I have had 0 and am training like I was 5 years ago. Try it for chronic pain, mobility issues, back spasms, or any other issues with your muscles.
If u are looking for a sports massage therapist who has the magic to help correct soft tissue sprains and knots you found the right place. Amazing results. Best massage experience I have had.
