I purchased earbugs at this store 2days ago they don't work i returned them with recipe ms Jessica who say she manager refuse to give me a refund she said only store credit so i tried to accept because i don't live close and don't have$25 to give a company then she changed and said i could only get another pair i already feel foolishly for why would another pair.she also refuse to give me contact information on own says she's the only one i can talk to.i replied mame you just can't talk my money she told me to do what i have to doplease don't support this place 5800 almeda houston tx
