The people here are so kind and run the shop amazingly. I came to have a tire repaired and she figured out the issue and explained and helped me resolve it. They also helped replace my handles. I highly, highly recommend this shop. They're really helpful and awesome.

Very helpful identifying my spoke issues and repaired in 24 hours. This is my go too bike shop now. Thanks John!

Outstanding service every time I go. John pays attention to details and noticed things on my bike that I did not notice. He’s an excellent certified mechanic! Everyone there is professional and friendly on top of that!

Ready and willing to help out new riders. As a new rider myself, I was given a warm welcome and many useful tips. I will be going here for all of my gear/maintenance needs in the future

If you need any work done on your bike you are in safe hands at KOM bike shop. John and his crew take pride in the work they do. They won’t try to sell you things you don’t need, and get things done in a timely manner.

I am not going to specifically say anything negative or positive about my experience. I’ll just state the facts and you can make your own judgment. I normally do all my own repairs/tune ups, etc. In this case I didn’t have all the parts so I thought I would just let the shop do it. I asked for two things on my roadbike: 1) replace my cables and housings (which are NOT internally routed) and 2) put on a new chain. Nothing else. Cost for that was $267 dollars!

These guys are awesome, friendly and knowledgeable! I drive past other bike shops just to go to this one. KOM is definitely the best bike shop in my area. I will always take my bike here for any work needed.

It's a (intimate) place for Cyclists to see, ask questions and tryout various brands and models of Bikes for the Bicyclist in everyone!
