You pay first then kinda seat yourself, give your little drink ticket to the waitress and call it a day. Their hibachi grill is pretty good just tell them if you want sause on it like teriyaki.

Don't let the look of the food fool you it's terrible. The sushi tastes very disappointing and the horchata drink is packaged horchata, not homemade.

The service is bad, food is not refilled as it is suppose to be the server has not come to our table but once the food has no taste please it needs better service I'm very unhappy with everything if I were you I would never come here everything is not as it is advertised,

Bad food; sushi rice was hard and the cream cheese tasted off. Certain dishes were okay, but overall not good quality at all. BUT service was excellent, super friendly and kind. All our waiters deserve a tip.

I honestly don’t recommend this place unless you want extremely rude waitresses serving you and cold stale food. This is the first and last time I’m stopping here wouldn’t eat here again even if it was free. Despicable.

First time visiting King Star today. I would have enjoyed this buffet if the food was HOT! They have a nice variety of food. They even have an hibachi. I wish buffets could have microwaves available if you want to warm your food. I'll give them 4 Stars. Give them a try. You might like them.

Food was horrible and the service was even worse. Waitor never refilled drinks, when we tried to stop him to ask for refills he ignored us and waited on other tables. Never picked up used plates and never brought ticket to table. Won't ever go back!

First and last time there! They make you pay for your meal before you even sit down. Was disappointed in the selection, freshness and temperature of food. Must be loaded with msg's because I was full after one plate. Not worth $16 for adult lunch and beverage.

I went here for dinner on a Thursday. Let me say, I frequent Chinese buffets, so I know it's not going to be great food. But typically there's two or three items that end up being good. Those are the items I fill up on. Nothing. Not one main item on the line was good. Egg rolls and crab puffs were passable. The rest was just.not good. Rarely have I had a good chicken wing at a buffet and this place was no exception. Egregiously overcooked. And don't bother with the shrimp, straight nasty.

There's a couple things saving it from a one star. Service was good. Each time I got up to go back to the line, plates were cleared and I had a refill on water. The best item I had from here was off the hibachi. Just a simple beef, onion, pepper and bean sprout stir fry with teriyaki sauce.

Start with the appetizers and get something made off the hibachi. Don't bother with the rest.
