9Don't have proper dietary food for patients. Ensure had to be purchased from the HEB grocery store.
I visited my mother after she had been here a couple months. I found her to be clean, healthy, and cared for.
This facility has decent security. It does not smell like pee or medication or poo, this is important, this place is well kept.
To the staff: thank you for caring for my mom and being so good.
My experiences with Kingsland Hills has been nothing but positive. I made the very difficult realization recently that I could no longer care for my mother at home. All of the staff have been kind, understanding and supportive as we are making this transition. Interactions between staff and residents is excellent. I witnessed a young nursing assistant sit with a lady holding her hand. I give the center 5 stars.
I filed a complaint while I was there, concerning the lunch that my brother received. Oh rather lack of.
The employees there were pleasant to talk to very helpful. The only real problem I have is I cannot stand for very long time due to multiple medical problems and we had to wait at the front door for an extended long time to get someone to answer it. The people that were in front of us had to call in and ask somebody to come open the front door for us before anyone came. It would be helpful for me if they would put at least a bench out there for people like me that have to wait for the front door to get opened.
Friendly staff! Would love to not wear a mask.
Seems silly when we all touch the screen to sign in and no one is cleaning it in between people.
The place is very clean. My father has only been there 48 hours and we have issues with the nurses non stop. The nursing staff definitely needs some instructions on how to care for him.
Recently placed my best friend and her brother in this facility. They both are saying how wonderful the staff is to them.
