Kingsley Family Dental Care reviews
16I had to get two wisdom teeth pulled. They were efficient and affordable. Also, the front desk staff is the best group of ladies I’ve encountered!
Prompt service
Great communication
Educational as well as thorough
Accommodating and flexible around patient
Highly recommend
Very friendly staff. From the dental assistant to the hygienist, they were both informative and made me comfortable for my visit. Dr. Nguyen explained everything to me and went over my dental treatment plan. I recommend Kingsley Family Dental.
I show Dr. George for routine six months check up. Dr. George was detail oriented and did what he supposed to do. Hygienist was seems like the new to the practice/role. Initially she tried to get some 3D images but unable too. Then w/o clearing or looking at my teeth she went to grab Dr. George that is surprising as most of the hygienist first clear the teeth then call dentist to look at the teeth. She didn’t check for the periodontitis. Will decide to change the practice as dentist also keep changing every time.
My hygienist was very gentle even though my gums were sensitive. Great bed side manner and a caring attitude!
Great staff! No long wait. Very clean and modern up to date equipment. I love everything about it.
Beware, these people are liars. I asked if they see pediatric patients and of course they said yes. Then when we get there all they did was barely brush my kids teeth and refer them to a pediatric dentist. I have top of the line insurance that covers MOST of everything and I am now getting an almost $200 bill for a routine visit? I will NEVER go back, other than to go and let them have it. But I def, will not be referring anyone to them
Very good location. Everyone is very nice and personable and express care and concern for their patients. Give them a shot. I’m glad I did. I was there for 2 hrs which is why I gave them 4/5 stars
A pleasant atmosphere. Very professional and yet provides a special touch of friendliness and compassion
I went in for an emergency toothache. I had scheduled 2 days in advance because they couldn’t see me sooner. Got there, waited 20 mins to be seen. Saw me and left me there for 45 mins as the dr hopped from patient to patient. I finally got up and told the girls as the front desk I had to go back to work. Asked why I was still waiting and she said “maybe they were going to give me a patient plan” I asked if there was anything owed because I sat there for literally an hour with no interaction. I think they schedule people back to back and don’t take the time to see and actually talk to the patient before moving on to the next. Not great patient service in my opinion. Especially when you’re spending a fortune to fix your teeth.
The staff was very friendly. The staff explained everything from the procedure to the payment. The staff went over my insurance plan with me and broke everything down. I did not feel rushed or anxious. The doctor was great; she spoke to me like a person. She was not demeaning as some doctors could be. I will continue to post as my procedures continue
So I have been back three times to finish my procedure and for cleanings. My hygienist saved my teeth. She gave me a plan to follow and now I am golden. The entire staff treats you like family. I have never been to a dental office this friendly in my life. I highly recommend coming here.
Team was able to set me up an appointment within days. Staff was friendly, professional and helpful. This is my primary dentist from this point forward!
I scheduled an appointment with a particular hygienist and was greeted by another without the courtesy of letting me know. Also, cavicide is not meant to touch our skin. The hygienist cleaned the x-ray protective gown then proceeded to go to the tray with my equipment and touch all over it that will be going into my mouth. Gloves used to clean equipment need to be changed before touching the patient.
High turnover with doctors, hygienists, and back office management. This may be why some office personnel lack customer service/communication skills. Kingsley is not what it once was back in the day with dental hygienists Mo and Teresa! Unfortunately, ending patronage after about 6 years.
I have always had a great experience when I come in for my dentist app. Today I had the pleasure of meeting a very pleasant and nice dental hygienist (Dee). She was super gentle with my cleaning and very knowledgeable in giving me advice on how to take care and clean my teeth properly. I also had the pleasure of meeting my Dentist (Dr. D.) who was also very pleasant and gentle. I have a been a patient at Kingsley Dental for a couple of years now and would recommend this office to anyone!
