We were referred to Kingsley Roofing by our contractor. We received the incorrect window due to miscommunication. However Maria, was extremely helpful she had some one pick up the old window and she reordered the correct window and had it redelivered to us. I am extremely satisfied with the service received and will DEFINITELY be using their services on our other Buy & Hold’s. Thank you all for being so professional!

Arguably the worst customer service I have experienced.

This company lack business ethics and has poor communication skills.

I was promised my windows will be ready within two weeks and they were two weeks late. In addition to that, they tried charging me more for their mistakes.

Owner lies to customers and has very poor communication skills.

Installed some windows at my house and after I moved in I noticed a handful of window screens missing. I got the run around for a few months and now they just stopped responding altogether.

Additionally, they market their windows as Elevate so you think your getting a brand name window when doing a google search, instead your getting cheap windows, some of which do not even close properly.

This is a photo of a window they installed. For clarification, this silicone is on the outside of my 2nd floor window. Am I expected to grab a ladder and clean it?
