Kingsway Medical Center, El Paso TX

We can’t recommend this clinic. We’re new to El Paso and my wife had made an appointment with this clinic for her annual preventative health checkup, as Kingsway was possibly going to be her new PCP. When we arrived for her appointment, we were told that she would not be able to receive her annual checkup until after she had visited the clinic twice (not covered by our insurance) to be established as a new patient. Then and only after two visits, would we be able to use our insurance for her annual preventative health checkup. We’re going to find another PCP.

There medical equipment is out dated. The place only takes cash for services. Gives you a plain receipt without no doctors heading. Not very clean place. Doctor is ok.

Waiting for 2 hours + to be seen for a Dot exam.
Receptionist at front very friendly but if u need to see a Dr. I highly recommend to pack lunch and snacks.

Everyone was polite and helpful.i didn't find 1 person who was not friendly. Best Place in town to get Your DOT Physical.the Doctor was awesome!

Very caring staff, they went above and beyond to explain my condition and the treatments I needed to get myself on track.

Staff is very unprofessional on my way back I heard them talking bad about the patients, Medical assistant Astred is very rude she should be fired from that place.

Terrible nobody even answers the phone just recording which delegates you to another recording fix your system and hire a receptionist!

Does anyone even work here anymore? I haven't been able to get test results since November 2020. It is now 2021. I paid in full at the time of service, now I want my results. My schedule doesn't allow me to schedule appointments weeks in advance for this. When someone does choose to answer the phone, they say hello and drop the call. This was my first time going to Kingsway Medical and they seem incredibly sketchy based on my experience. Truly awful service.

How is this place a medical clinic if you can never get ahold of anyone here? If you need any type of service, referral, medication etc.you have to call multiple days in a row before you reach anyone. I’ve tried calling and messaging through the portal and no answer or response. Nurse practitioner literally takes less than 5 minutes with you and doesn’t explain anything to you just reads off the paper. I could’ve read my bloodwork and exams myself, saved my copay and time. Don’t waste your time at this clinic.
