Will change review if problem gets fixed. Never received the shampooer attachment. Been in contact for 3 weeks now and nothings been done. If I will be paying this much for a vacuum/carpet cleaner, I expect to get all the tools I need to use it for its purpose. Very upset and very disappointed.

I've brought my Kirby here to get repaired twice for the same problem and still doesn't work right. I wish we had another Kirby store around here that knows what they are doing.
