6Satan's torture device, and the devil is good at sucking you in and making you pay for it. But if you pay attention the sales guy, he is sweating buckets by the end of a one hour demo.and it's only a section of your carpet. Be very careful when pulling hair off the roller, because the little brushes come off with the hair.
The team at the Killeen Kirby store were very kind and customer focused. Made it a good experience and would recommend others use them for there Kirby vacuum maintenance needs. Pro military company.
My Kirby is over 20 yrs old and works like new after maintenance was performed at this location. Fast service & good customer service.
Definitely is not worth the price.is too heavy. My neck and right hand hurt after using it for a while. You have to roll the power cord by hand. There is no propper way to store the vacuum suction hose. So you have to be creative. When the vacuum bag is half full, due to bad design, the vacuum keeps falling backwards because the back is heavier than front.
Also you have only 3 days to return it.
In general it is a strong motor that is installed on a bad design with a lot of unnecessary equipment.
I decided to use the couch cleaner so I followed the instruction and connected all the parts using utube. After all it is just creates foam and you have to scrub the surface by hand using a pice of cloth and clean the foam.
Had two of the kirby men come to my door and introduced a great vacuum to me.had i not had other priorities and plans with it being the end of the month, I would’ve loved a kirby will be seeing them in a few months to purchase one soon!
Called the day before to explain what was going on with my Kirby. They said to bring it in, in the morning and they will work on it.
Came the next day at 12. Door was locked but it was lunch time so I assumed they went out for lunch. I waited and they came like 3 mins later. They took my Kirby and paid a service fee upfront. Within a hour they called me back saying it was ready. Fast service and now my Kirby is back up and running. Overall satisfied with the service.
