So I was a client of Tanisha Morierer who did nothing for my case in a years tine, after I have requested a few documents, I am being ghosted. Worst company to hire for disability law. No one will answer and everyone seems to be foreign. I guess I'll have to go in person and act on my feelings. Bet nobody wants that.

I'm a current client and they never ever answer the Damn phone they're the worst freaking law firm I've ever seen or heard of they definitely treat clients like garbage

It sucked! I paid $8,000 plus for nothing. The lawyer assigned to me changed his phone number in the middle of my case.and rarely returned a call to me. When he did, I had to inform him of the updates. I sent him a handwritten letter that I should be seen by a psychologist, not just a chiropractor. That's what led to me winning my case. You guys owe me everything you stole.

At first I was real happy with the experience and talking to the lawyer or the representative of the lawyer but then after time went on a year-and-a-half past the more that I called the more I felt like I was just bugging and when I would ask a question she would always have put me on hold and do the file but other than that I was greatly appreciated when I got approved but other than that I would recommend them to any of my family or friends

Overall good service, even though they tried to have me apply for SSI benefits and eventually were to get me approved for SSDI benefits and helped me with the majority of my paperwork. If anyone e knows about the wait time fo SSDI benefits you are entitled to 12 months of back pay and that is were Kirkendall recieves their pay. However they receive their payment weeks before you receive your back payment from the SSA and if you have any further questions after you are paid you might as well kick rocks! I left 4 messages and and sent 3 emails about paperwork that SSA wanted me to fill out AFTER they approved my claim and sent Kirendall their payment and NEVER heard back from them so I had to spend hours with SSA correctly filling out paperwork but Kirkendall your welcome for your 5k payment!

Something that took me over 14 yrs only took them 18months they helped me and I'll be fine forever now because of them

Never able to speak with lawyer. Had to deal with casecworker who was very difficult to reach. Waited some times for up to a half hour before some one picking up my call. Did little to nothing to help me. When I was denide I chose to have them withdraw from my case as I found some one who was way more reliable. They withdrew but are still trying to seek payment instead of waving the fees. Ive requested for them to send me all of my files that I have a right to but they haven't so far

Their client did not get disability as we told we were going to be able to get but just supplement. Could not ever receive a call back and was told we would receive one. Have called 3 times now and still waiting for a call back.

I was very satisfied with the service provided. I got a quick resolution after 2 denials using another service.

They won't return phone calls or give updates on your status! After waiting 20 minutes to talk to someone and getting passed around to everyone except who I need to talk too. I get hunp up on! I wouldn't of given them 1 star. Except that was the only way that I could leave a review! I have been learning messages for over a week for them to contact me. And still haven't received a call!

Leticia is amazing. I wish we had worked with her throughout the entire process. She explains everything in layman’s terms so we understand clearly what is happening and why. She is knowledgeable, friendly, professional and a pleasure to work with.

My wife applied for disability April 5th 2022 every time we called she always had a new caseworker I mean every time when you later she was denied they never ever collected any of her medical records in which November 22 until July 2023 he was in the hospital every month sometimes even after three times a month in ICU incubator did not want to collected any of them records to send her back is so bad then click none of them records either when confronting them about how SSI denied they told but that a rebuttal was never put in on July the 20th 2023 she died! I invite you don't even look at that name seriously every time I call she had a new caseworker nobody knew what the hell they're doing in that office and I'll go to court with you about it I'm still upset back in 2016 she got hit by a car in between the building we got several lawyers and they all say that she was collateral damage they wouldn't take her women had no money to get insurance she never had that checked out let alone fixed I wouldn't recommend any of these lawyers I'm sorry my wife died because the incompetent
