Deceptive promotions, they handed out coupons that were stackable but turns out not true at register even though I was verbally told two coupons stacked but receipt showed discount from one coupon!

I never seen such a miserable people working in that place. I have advice for the manager, if you hate your job so much and the fact that you have to work on Sunday find different career! Find something you are actually good at and not chase people around in the store telling them every single minute that you are closing. I never experienced such a poor customer service and I worked in retail for many years before but I NEVER let customer know that they need to get out of my store and have attitude about it! How unprofessional & rude. But that’s probably reflection of the store what they stand for….

Less priced item. They told we wiol be charged higher for a gift receipt it doesnt make any sense as I have seen no other store in US refunding a less amount when returning two mins after buying

The overweight, dark headed woman at the register who was training “Madison” today is VERY curt and RUDE. I have shopped Kirkland’s for over 30 years and I can say I DEFINITELY will not be back in that store. What a miserable and unhappy life she must have to be so rude to a customer & complete stranger. Do better Kirkland’s! Btw, Madison was very polite.

The prices are reasonable during sale time. Haley greeted us warmly and was super helpful throughout our shopping.

Well stocked store. Best to get things that are on sale to get better deals. Friendly employees.

Seemed over priced. When at our other home in another state, prices are much more competitive. $70 for an artificial front door wreath seems a bit over the top.

Just walked out of the store. 3 employees not one acknowledged that I had been standing behind a lady making an extensive return for 10 minutes. Literally walked by me. If they were all busy taking care of customers, I would understand, but they were not. Looks like they are all or nothing in this store.

Love almost everything in this store. Wish more was Made In America but there are gifts for nearly everyone here. I bought some yummy, soft throws to cuddle up under. The lines moved pretty quickly so my checkout was easy.

I was highly disappointed with my return from a purchase my wife had made. Instead of crediting the credit card my wife used to purchase her fall wreaths the store employee gave me a gift card. He told me he couldn’t credit my card. Today I came back to the store and the sales lady said she couldn’t do anything about it. Really unhappy with this customer service and satisfaction. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Was looked over while I was standing in line for an online purchase. Associate helped a customer that literally walked in the door before helping me. Thinking of returning my purchase. I have never had an issue before this incident

Is their a such thing as being “ overly attentive “? We were in the store for maybe 6 minutes just browsing the store. We were ask 4 times “ let me know if you need help”. The last time the lady came over with her hands in her pockets, not inviting, and ask! Her look, stare was questionable.

It’s a good store with nice collection however bit expensive if you are looking for furniture or heavy items. I found these scented sachets and was recommended to me by Amber (rep on floor) and now that I have them in house everywhere I am so happy as it smells amazing. These were 3 for $6 and I felt was a good deal. I bought 6 for $12
Must try.
