Disappointed with my service today. No one called the day before to confirm my appt or give me an estimated time. I had to call the day of my service to see if they were coming. My appt time was between 8-10 and they did not show up until after that window. The technician did a rushed quick clean and then banged my glass door with his tools on the way out. Not one of my best experiences with Kiwi.

I called in to request a quote and told “we won’t send you a quote as you’ll just provide it to your insurance for reimbursement” I chose to go call another provider as they didn’t question the integrity of their clients and provide customer service on the basis of just being a great company to work with.

The price quoted over the phone was twice that of others I called.

Should of known by their most recent reviews that they don’t stand behind their word nor provide customer service worth throwing your money at.

Kiwi's technicians are always friendly and professional. I appreciate that the scheduling process is easy and they seem to be available 24/7. There's always a reminder call before each visit and I have continued to use them year after year because the carpet cleaning is effective and economical.

I had a poor experience. I hired them to clean my carpets, vents and the air handlers after having my house remodeled.

They didn’t clean all of my carpets. Most of the stains did not come out. And I immediately noticed that they missed a couple of the return registers.

The first time I changed my air filters after their service, they were so clogged they had become lodged in the air handlers. It was really hard to get them out and I ended up cutting my finger.

The dust was clearly from the construction. So, the person never changed the filters. Nor did he clean the air handler.

The customer service department told me I waited too long to let them know. They wanted another $440 to redo the work.

Kiwi picked up, cleaned and returned 2 area rugs for me last year. The rugs looked good and felt soft and turnaround was prompt. I plan to use them very soon for carpet cleaning.

I have used Kiwi services for at least 10 years. Found this company through a referral from a good friend. Their longevity in the market speaks volumes and I highly recommend them as well. The technician that was here this week was detailed, thorough and did a great job! Several spill stains and dirt spots in my carpet that seemed concerning are gone! 5 stars from me!

This is the second time I use these guys. Their professionalism and work stands out above the rest of companies. As soon as I submitted a quote their offices called me. They made sure I knew what I was going to get, how the work is done, and that they care about return business. Couldn’t be happier to have decided to use KIWI’s services again.

Technician was on time, very polite and the carpets look great. I personally think their prices are high for the service provided, as well, the warranty price has crept up so much over the past few years that it isn't much of a discount or worth it any more.

The technician was personable and dis a good job. We have used Kiwi for years and get moneys worth with the follow upservicw.

I have used Kiwi Services for many years. Recently, when a technician came out to do a warranty cleaning, I felt he did not do as thorough a job as I have come to expect from Kiwi. I noted my dissatisfaction on a survey and was contacted by a Kiwi rep. As a result of our conversation, another technician will be coming out for a “redo” at no cost to me. I highly reccomend using Kiwi carpets! They Rock! You can't beat the $7 a room charge if they need to come back for any reason.

The were on-time, friendly and efficient. The soft citrus smell was easy on my allergies and my pets and made my carpets look great.

The service men arrived early and were very professional. They advised me about things that I need to do to preserve the longevity of my carpet. I was very pleased. They left and the carpet smelled very fresh. Glad I called them!
