Very friendly people there that will explain every step of what’s going on during your appointment. When it’s your first time getting eyes checked that’s a very big deal to help calm you down and help you relax. They are not set up to provide service for small children or people who have issues reading but other than that they were great. They also take Medicaid for those who are looking for a provider that excepts it. Although you’ll have to go to Walmart or somewhere else to actually pick your glasses out and get them cause they do not except Medicaid for that part of the office. I would recommend them to anyone who ask for help looking for an eye doctor in the Gun Barrel Or Mabank area.

They say they are open till 5: 00 but in reality they close when ever they want to I have set up two appointments with them for a little after 4 and both times the door was locked, i called one time to make sure that they would be open they said until 5: 00 I was there at 4: 00 door locked, all I needed was a copy of a perception and refused to open the door and let me get it.

We can’t say enough about the service we received. We had planned to do a cost comparison with other companies for his glasses but were so confident in the service she provided we went no further. Really enjoyed the time with Dr. Walters. Very friendly staff! They get right to work when it’s your turn. Explained benefit coverage & co-pays. Would definitely recommend this office.

In for a follow up exam. I learned the increase of medications worked well and and was very satisfied with the outcome. All done well and in a timely manner. Excellent!
