We absolutely love the renovations done to our home! We had our own vision in mind, but after meeting with Keith and then having met with our design team, the 3D renderings of our house were jaw dropping! Then our team guided us in making good quality selections, taking field trips to choose those selections and all while still keeping our own timeless vision. From the awesome demolition team taking down major walls to the great clean up crew picking up the last nail, we knew this job was going be so worth the wait. Unfortunately, we did all of this during the country’s worst supply chain issues, which then prolonged our experience. With this being said, we were kept abreast with delays and deliveries every step of the way. KM even took control of issues with the cabinet company, which had its own issues with supply chain delays. The team excelled daily communication. This was key, especially having the BEST Project Manager- Patrick, deliver the daily messages and giving us a heads up on the day’s tasks. With all of this being said, would we choose KM again for our next home renovation? Absolutely, 100 %! Why? Having company that strives for complete customer satisfaction, great communication and professional integrity is a no brainer AND then most importantly of all, “Because we have to live in it! ”

I’m excited to have this opportunity to share our incredible experience with KM builders. This is the second time we have used Keith to plan and remodel our home for us. This time was a complete kitchen gut and rebuild. From the moment we contacted them we were impressed with the attention to detail and thorough communication that we experienced. Every part of the process to include the planning, design and actual execution of the remodel was handled so well by their entire staff that I never felt the anxiety about this project that I thought I might. We highly recommend KM builders for any renovation you might have in mind.

Once we decided to remodel our existing home vs.a new build, we quickly came to the conclusion that KM would be the best option given the scope and complexity of our project. Despite some discrepancies in the beginning with budget and design selections and some delays with the cabinets, the process was fairly seamless. Everyone who came to our home was very professional and courteous from the initial consultation with Keith to the many interactions with our trusted project manager, Patrick and all the subcontractors along the way! One takeaway would be to make sure your expectations regarding design are fully understood when establishing a budget. For a project of this size, involving adding a support beam and demolishing a load bearing wall, KM was by far the right choice and worth the expense. Overall, we are extremely happy with the end result!

The owner Keith came out and after looking over the detailed plans estimated $350k. Then, asked for $2500.00 deposit which was fully refundable if the price changed. We paid that deposit, then the price changed from 350, to 420, to 500, to 800 to 900 to 600.
We asked for our deposit back, and suddenly they want to keep part of the deposit!
Do NOT give them your money!

We did a half house renovation. While it came in higher than we expected we were not disappointed at all with the final result. The best part about the entire process was the excellent relationship we developed with our project manager - Patrick! He kept us informed, helped us make decisions, and overall was a joy to work with! We updated the guest wing of the house and that came out perfect. We also completely renovated our bedroom suite. We now have a lux spa suite with a gym and walk in closet to call our own that rivals any 5 star hotel! KM built a custom hammam (steam room enclosed in tile) with custom fit benches, a beautiful bathroom and work out room to match. We can’t wait to do the rest of the house with KM and Patrick!
