I asked the agent multiple times for information about a condo and was promised each time that info was coming, finally after two weeks I contacted another agent. Happy to say I just bought the condo in question.

Very unethical! Walked into their office on the island and spoke to a person there and told her i wanted to purchse the lot next door, she advised me that it wasnt for sale but would contactr the owner through mail and get back to me. Two weeks later it had their sold sign on it. I called back and they informed me that they purchased it instead to build on. They are in partners with a local builder apparently family and decided to purchase the property to build a house on instead. Basicaly I put them in the market for that property, didnt get my commission! Lol
