Top tier budget motel. No frills but room was clean, stocked and nothing broken. Easy pleasant check in and out. Would stay again

I always stay here when visiting Waco. The rooms are nice, staff friendly and the price is reasonable!

For the price it is good. Clean rooms and helpful staff.
Mexican Resturant next door is below average.

In town for horse show. Small but clean clean clean and well appointed! Very friendly staff, incredible with our service dog. I will recommend and go back when in town. Thin walls, get an end room or you hear every laugh, flush, "mom! ", and doors closing. And the people coming in at 2am will wake you. No fun with early show times!

We are here now.the rooms are clean, it's peaceful, the lot is well lighted, the staff has been very pleasant and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

Driving into the parking lot, we admired the shrubs and trees that were well manicured and the new paint everywhere. Going into the room we were not disappointed, it was clean and the bed was comfortable. Inexpensive, great place to sleep for the night. Would definitely stay here again.

Rude managers look at you like you rude as f. I actually replied with "what did I do can I help you" no reply just smugly looks back

Room was okay for the price. Was given the wrong room first and had to back and get a different one. Once that was sorted it was alright. Room was decently clean, however no air was running upon arrival so it was hot and humid until the A/C caught up.
