This product is fit for nothing. All the flooring edges are peeing off and I called their customer service and they told it is the installation problem. I called another flooring specialist and he confirmed it is a manufacturing defect. This company doesn’t want to listen or interest to fix the problem. A horrible company to work with. Don’t get fooled by this distributor or manufacturer. Now I am forced to scrap all these and put new one. Keep away from this company and their sales person will say thousand words to impress you that they are the only company in the world who can do better. Sorry I am done with it

I'm so disappointed with this company. Our installer found a manufacture issue and to get the manufacture to stand by their products it's insane. Brianna the sales rep keeps saying "if you bought directly from us we would handle the claim directly" well you can't buy product from Knoa's directly, you have to buy through one of the dealers. Juan (not sure his position) literally told the installer over the phone that they have had issues on this floor, asked to email him pictures. Later he retract his comment.
To make matters worse the floor installation was put on hold causing added stress to my already stressful time. My mom passed during installation halt making matters worse. I pleaded just to replace at least 20 boxes to finish the installation and put things back together so we would welcome family but nope. They don't care all they care is about the money and ensuring you go thru this crazy process. My mom passed on August 28 and here I am still dealing with Knoa's warranty issue and trying to blame the installer.

BEWARE HORRIBLE PRODUCT AND THEY ARE LIARS.
Joey (Floors Houston) promised a lifetime warranty on the work as well as the manufacturer warranty on the product and assured us his products were SUPERIOR. We chose them because of this specifically.
We installed vynl plank flooring throughout our whole home and less than a year after installation it has peaked at the seams and looks warped and has started coming apart. Mind you this is Vynl flooring that is supposed to be waterproof and meant for high traffic. I have literally cut my feet on the corners that have popped up.
The material is not vynl otherwise it would be practically indestructible and wouldn't break so easily.
I notified Joey @floorhou and we went through a claim through the manufacturer Knoas Flooring which blamed it on the installer.
They offered a discount on they product to Joey since it was on him to fix it and we came to an agreement for him to go ahead to fix it and then Joey blocked our calls and never showed up.
The manufacturer won't sell us the replacement product since they do not work with individuals only companies so we just got screwed more than 15k! For this reason, and the fact that their product is cheap, I would never recommend Knoas Flooring to anyone!
To make matters worse we are trying to sell our home and we are supposed to have added value with a new floor but we will have to replace the whole floor for which we have no budget to do so.

I will go ahead and persue my right legally but this Floors Houston is the worst as well as Knoas Flooring stove they can't even agree to supply us with the product to fix the problem!

Joey is a criminal of the worst kind with a record (found out after this whole ordeal) and I would never recommend letting him into your home let alone hiring him!
I can't believe Knoas Flooring would consider him an authorized distributor.
