8Dwight was so professional from the start. I was late for my pickup time and called to try and get help. It was before their business hours and I left a message. Within 5 minutes he returned my call and immediately went to work to resolve my issue. I got on phone with Uhaul and they were able to begin the process of changing my time. Dwight was calling me during my call with Uhaul and left a message for me to call him back. Uhaul was not able to complete my order and referred me back to the pick up site. Upon returning Dwight's call he had my new time updated through his system, provided me with the correct code, the process to check truck before leaving, and remained on line until he was sure I was good to start my move. I was so impressed with his calm demeanor, immediate response to listen and hear my issue, diligence to find the solution, and amazing communication skills in explaining and providing the solution. He was courteous, prompt, patient and knowledgeable. I appreciate all that he did for me and stayed with me to make sure I was ready to go with the truck. Thank you Dwight, you have restored my faith in professionals that can exhibit exceptional customer service.
Jason was a fantastic help and getting a storage for a precious belongings. He was very patient and very forthcoming with information and answered all my questions. His tone was always very polite and he woke with me at the end to the KO storage I'm so thankful for his help in the time of need.

Victoria was very helpful & friendly in helping us with a billing/rate problem. Unit is clean, but wish the location used covered RV/boat parking for only those. Those units are full, but trashed up.
I use the location on loop 11 in Wichita Falls. The outside as well as the inside units are extremely clean. The storage facility is fenced in and very safe. The prices are great.
Dwight is the absolute best, he’s easy to get a hold of and is one of the kindest people I’ve met.
