Kohl's, Humble TX

Everyone is always friendly, store is always clean and very organized. I love coming to this Kohl's.

Still doing Amazon returns during COVID, which is great for those of us who ended up with a defective product!

The power flickered so they kicked me out in the middle of a very bad thunderstorm with no umbrella. Very poor service. They should have allowed me to wait at the front windows until it was safe to leave.

AMAZING customer service at this location! Trying to stay safe, I placed an order online and opted for curbside pick up. About 5 minutes after I parked, an employee walks over to me to assist and mentions they did not receive my notification of arriving. I pressed the "I'm Here " button while still on the road, too soon so it affected the notification to the store since I was out of range. I was so impressed that their employee took the initiative to come check on me instead of allowing me to sit there for a prolonged amount of time. Then Julia came out with my item which did not turn out to be what I expected. She was so nice and was even willing to go back into the store and find me another item to replace the one I didn not want. She brought out 3 items to choose from and I went ahead and bought all 3 since she was going above and beyond to ensure my needs. She took my card and took care of the exchange all while I waited in the car! And then to top it off applied a discount for the inconvenience! Hands down, because of these 2 employees, this Kohls is now my store! I hope management recognizes them and are rewarded for their exceptional customer service!

Amazing customer service desk associates. A little disappointed about how i had to wait 4 weeks to get money for my return when it was only $40 though. Juniors section needs a better setup n selection and the store should be setup better. Extremely confusing.

I've never been able to afford the clothes there.even off the clearance racks. Macys and Dillards are my favorite places. Even Amazon if you know the brand size and fit.

I reeeally needed jeans. I had tons of options and I tried on some types I had never tried before. I found a new pair of jeans placed up by my favourites. I love them and I don't want to choose something else to wear to work.
I visited twice in my trip home from Utah. I also purchased two Elf primers that I had watched reviews on and they're amazing. I love to throw a little powder on top of the correcting primer and the illuminating primers. Soo pretty! And the day I bought these for 6 dollars each I spoke to a beautiful African American women who was working in jewelry and cosmetics. That was such a wonderful conversation. We talked shades and brands and a little about family and how makeup is important to us in our lives. She was so great to meet and to talk to.

Great deal if you carefully search the clearance aisles. Got all 4 of my babies 10 outfits each for less then $200.

They got a good collection of hi fashion brands.went with my friend to buy some shirts and shoes for the holiday season.helpful staff as well

Very clean and friendly employees. Good prices on everything you need. You'll find things you were looking for and things you didn't know you needed.

Used the amazon returns. Very well run, quick and efficient. Was pretty cool to get a 25% off coupon for store shopping with each return.

The employers are extremely nice and helpful and so are the managers, it's the way everything is priced that isn't so great.but I really wanted the candles that were on sale!

I will no longer be ordering anything online and having it shipped to the store. I’ve done this out of convenience, as I believe that this is a good portion of why the service is offered, however as late, this service has somehow changed.

Since Kohl’s has started taking Amazon returns, it seems to take priority over their own customers. The first time, I had to wait an extraordinary time in line, due to the fact of issues with someone’s amazon return. My next visit, I was waiting in line for around 5 minutes, as there are two separate lines, and a lady walked up past me to the register, and said “Oh, I’m just dropping this off. ” This proceeded to take longer, since she had to get a receipt and all for her amazon return. I would understand if she was in the “Amazon” line and was called forward. However, she literally walked in front of me, and the customer service representative looked at me and still took her. If Kohl’s has no issues prioritizing their own customers, I have no loyalty then as well and will happily be shopping elsewhere. Many other stores value the customers that spend money in their stores, on their merchandise, and supporting their retail business.

Excellent deals on the clearance racks. Walked out spending 37.00 on 267.00 worth of busniess attire.

I always prefer to come to this Kohls than the one in Humble. Items are normally in stock & organized, also lines to check out are always short. I love zkohls over all, good prices & variety in styles & brands for the whole family. Great place too shop specially when you don't want to walk around a mall.
