Kohl's, New Braunfels TX

I have to say I have been in a lot of Kohl's this had to be the best organized and friendliest that I have been in, in a long time. Kudos to the management team

Came in needed pants in a hurry for an event. They had a size that worked without alteration. I walked out and made it to my function dressed properly.

Cmon.open the fitting rooms. Moms like me are not going to buy things these kids can't try one.

Ok update from pandemic.staff is hit and miss. Rude to some customers and nice to others. I have rarely come into Khols since the fitting room ridiculousness. Now that I come occasionally I've been so disappointed.
I did a return today and was not allowed to do an exchange. She told me she can refund me and I could purchase my other 2 items up front. What?
Then same time same place at the return station another customer was asking questions and got side eyed by employees walking around and yelled at by the employee. While I took my 2 items that were for gifts to the front to purchase the 2 employees up at front were so friendly. No problems. A pleasant experience. People that yell at customers should not be working with the public. Its in training to be kind, not yell, be patient, get manager involved if needed. I'm pretty sure yelling at the customer is not in training?

Found what I needed. It seems like the stock is very low but I think that's everywhere. Happy to see Sephora in there. Staff was very helpful.

New Braunfels store is very well run, from the service counters to the return desk. Store is organized and staff well trained. Had a great experience.

Always enjoy shopping for my clothes at their big and tall section. Always on the lookout for deals. And found a couple. But they don't have the colors I'm looking for in my size. But oh well.

Great location.
But I wish they would put more items to purchase on the store. Always empty shelves.
Need more variety as prior to covid

Love the fact that I was able to go back and start shopping for myself again, I look for the sales mostly, I'm not into how much or the brand name, it's gotta b what I think would fit what I like to wear

Three reasons for this trip to Kohl's: new jeans, a belt and utilizing their Amazon return counter. The lady handling the Amazon returns was phenomenal. She had the procedure down cold, and it took less than two minutes. I moved on to the Men's department and found a wide range of jeans and belts, although my first choice for a belt had only 1 example, and not my size. Nonetheless I left the store with two new pairs of jeans and two belts. Checkout was fairly quick for the holiday season.

I love this place. Great clearance items for a good price. There bra and pantie matching sets are great. And the shoes. Clean and friendly staff.

Not much stock. Good sales but usual prices are high and quality is poor. Actually did have a very friendly young lady working the ladies clothes section and the store was not crowded.

I had a very successful shopping trip to Kohl’s. The staff were friendly and helpful. I also found the sales to be very affordable.

The folks working there were very helpful helping wife find what she wanted and she got two discounts without having to ask.

I want to use my 30% off could not find my Kohl's card usually they asked me for my phone number but this time they didn't they charged me full price without using my coupon and then told me we can get a new card and had to go all the way back to return it
