Not as Good as it used to be, Hard to find anyone to help You if you're there after 7 PM.

Khol's is my to-go place for clothing, especially baby clothing. I enjoy their family and friends days.good deals

Um.wow, needed one pair of shoes and dress pants for a funeral. Literally had one shelf of Dockers and maybe 4 choices for shoes. Very sparse selection. BUT.the girl at checkout gets five stars. Attentive, helpful, cheerful, and efficient.

Teachers. Beware they say it is a special day 7/16/2022 for Teachers to use a coupon at the store only. But you get there and they don't let you use it. The very young manager at the Rosenberg store Sunday night is rude and very unprofessional. She definitely is not qualified to lead a team of employees, Kohl's use to be my go to, but the quality and lack of help has gone down over the years. Good employees would greatly improve their bussiness although these days it is hard to find and it definitely shows through this managers attitude. The Kohl's Card will be cut up they don't need Teachers money, that was the little managers attitude tonight. So they did not make any from us tonight. Bye Kohl's hope you make better bussiness decisions going forward.

As a clothing store its decent there's a system and a large selection of clothes unlike Walmart the styles are all basic tho can't find my style here but my sister works here and says its a fun place with good people

Store hours say Thursday 10 am-9 pm. Showed up at 8: 38 pm and both of the doors were locked. Could see someone walking around inside by the entrance but no one came to open the door. That is so unprofessional… I will take my future business somewhere else because they obviously don’t want it.

Had one cashier doing all the work while I saw 4 other grown adults doing nothing just standing around talking. Cashier had a line and they didn't bother to help not even the manager who brought change to her. Then I was short changed because the sane cashier need coins. Glad I found what I needed on my own.
Take care of your customers. Greet, smile and offer assistance. Do not recommend shopping here.

Don't go to this Khols, they sucked at helping me. I got my wedding ring from here in 2016, diamond fell out in 2017 and got it switched for the exact same ring with no problem. Now in 2022 the diamond fell out again and I took it here with the exact same recipe from 2016 and 2017 plus I even had the diamond that fell out. They told me I had to call the corporate office so now I have to go in all these loops just to get the ring exchanged for a different ring. This is ridiculous. Don't buy your loved ones jewelry from here! You've been warned.

Always have enjoyed Kohls's. Glad you see their inventory levels are starting to return since this stupid covid stuff began.

Stood around for 15 minutes in the jewelry department wanting to buy gold earrings. Nobody could bother coming over to help me or even ask if I needed help. They weren't that busy.

Update!
I went back the next day. I really had liked some earrings I saw. I wanted to try again.
The woman that waited on me was wonderful! She was pleasant and really helped me. I ended up buying 3 pair!

Sad how empty the shelves are this year. They did a great job trying to keep shelves as full as possible.

Too many items for sale that may be great for 40 degree weather not the 91 degrees weather we are having now with high humidity.

Not a great selection of plus size clothes for men or women. Pricing is pretty expensive for some little house on the Prarie outfits.
