Department Store Kohl's reviews
16If I could give zero stars then I would! The store is completely overpriced. I also didn’t appreciate how one of the employees followed me and my husband around the store the entire time we shopped thinking were going to steal something. I will never return here again!
I love this store and all it's special's they have. The best place to buy any kind of shoes
I didn't really find what we needed and prices are way more then what I would have thought. Ended up only finding 1 shirt, a migraine, and very frustrated. But super clean atmosphere except 1 of the checkers apparently just woke up and didn't bother brushing his hair and his name was king? Like wth kind of name is that at a department store? Idk I won't be going back unless it's for stuff other then clothes
It is a very good store and we regularly visit it being close to a Kohl's.
Es una muy buena tienda y regularmente la visitamos estando cerca de una Kohl’s
The store looked more like Goodwill. Racks all over with what looked 1970 clothes, (all in disarray). My perception of the staff was tired of working.
Let me just start off by saying that I haven't been inside the Kohl's store since the day that I quit working there which was about, oh idk, about 7 or 8 years ago at which time it was a NICE, SPOTLESS AND VERY VERY CLEAN and MOST DEFINITELY DID NOT LOOK ANYTHING AT ALL, like it did yesterday, when I decided to stop by real quick to see if they had an item that I've been looking everywhere for but can't find. I really can't even put into words how dirty, trashy, and messy that store looked yesterday. I mean it looked like they were going out of business or something. Actually I take that back, I CAN put into words what that store looked like yesterday, and This should pretty much sum everything up for you. From the outside as I was walking up to the door, I knew I was at Kohl's because I could see the giant Kohl's sign. HOWWWWWWEVER, once I opened the door and stepped inside the store, I couldn't remember if I was at Kohl's or at a ROSS DRESS FOR LESS store!
The experience is consistently rude customer service. Here to exchange a Christmas gift of tennis shoes purchased on sale. Not only do they not have the item available, we're told to REpurchase the shoes at full cost online, then bring in both pair for a credit adjustment. So shoes that were $40 are now an upfront cost of $150. No. They can keep their Kohl's Cash, what a gimmick. And no one attending to clothes.
Handicapped parking and doors. Very clean and organized. Staff were smiling and polite. Parking is ample. Very clean parking lot. Not crowded. Staff answered all questions.
I have not been to Kohls since 2019. The store has changed quite a bit: there is now a Sephora section where their beauty section used to be, and this has eaten into the space where they used to have Women's Accessories and Jewelry. I went to Kohls specifically to look at purses and jewelry, so I was somewhat disappointed at how little they had now. However, they had a lovely selection of home goods and women's clothing. I got a nice jacket, perfect for cooler weather when it's too warm for my winter soat, and got it at a great price thanks to their sale.
Lots of stuff, great to get candles. Not so friendly to plus size items. Usually a little overcrowded so it feels cluttered.
Went looking fora special cap you you had out for Hispanic month. So I asked a very sweet helpful young lady by the name of Sarah and she went above and beyond to help me search. We found one. I enjoy being helped by this young lady. Please acknowledge her.
The girls department was a disaster area. (Messy). They don't carry cute clothes for women any longer. No real jewelry department. I miss the old Kohls very much. I won't be shopping at kohls much longer.
I understand staffing shortage, but this is absolutely absurd to keep the store in this condition. Who would want to rummage through all of this? ! This is only the girls department pictured, but the entire store is like this.
I like Kohls for the most part, but a lot of their women’s section was not organized at all and a bit messy. They had the women’s dressing room closed but not all of the employees knew it was closed which causes confusion.
This group has great buys in discount dollar stores. There are even some grocery aisles.
Kohls has famous brands and some clearance as well!
