Kohl's, Mansfield TX

Customer service was nice, but when I tried to get the 20% off sale they acted like they did not know anything about it. Even if their was a sale they raised the prices to give 20% off which means it was the same price on a normal day.

I'd not been to a Kohl's since before the pandemic began and wow was I surprised! The store was exceptionally clean, neat, and organized. The variety of brands and selection choices was amazing! Pricing was reasonable with a good number of mid season values on summer clothing. Thanks Kohl's for doing it right!

Awesome. I found some boots I adore that will look great in my normal attire and with the outfits I got at the mall yesterday.

When I went in today to order form the kiosk the scanner wasn’t working and when I rang for help the woman at the help desk looks at the screen and says yep it’s frozen and walks away to have conversations with another employee at the front desk and then when another employee tried to help me when I told her that the product I was trying to order wasn’t being read by the kiosk she decided to ask me why I was trying to scan it and decide to ask why I was holding the item I was trying to order. So needless to say I had to order my item off my phone because customer service is so hard today.

Greeted at the door and our cashier had very good people skills. We needed help in the shoe department but couldn't find any employees to help. We only ever saw the greeter and two cashiers.
The prices are at least 50% higher than discount stores and that's ok when the service is elevated. If it's going to be 100% self-service then Ross or Marshall's may be the way to go. Maybe this is just how shopping is now?

Always find what I am looking for here and its almost always on sale.
Cashiers are always helpful applying kohls cash and discounts.

Dark foreign guy lied and said there would only b a soft pull! It was a hard inquiry. Reduced my fico by 7 points! Interest is a wopping 26%!

I really appreciate the quality of their clothing their huge selection sizes styles and everything I've purchased there's been very high quality plus they have amazing sales are pretty random but if you're looking for a good quality inn and a great variety this isn't this is a wonderful place

They are moving out more and more clothes and not bringing many new ones in. The store looked bare. Very sad. I used to love shopping at Kohl's but this time I left empty handed. Horrible selection for my size (XL - 1X).

They turned off the lights while my son was in the dressing room, and an employee came to the dressing room at 9: 05 and asked if there was anything she could do to help us get out sooner. I said we were finished and coming out. At 9: 08, we walked out to pay, and another woman at a register got on the intercoms and said, “All the registers are now closed, and any customers in the building need to leave now. You will not be able to make any purchases. ” She was extremely rude and practically shouted over the intercom. I walked towards the register and the woman said to me, “the registers are closed. You will have to put those on hold and come back. You need to go to customer service. I can’t help you here. ” As we walked to customer service, she got on a phone and said, “Our registers are closed and there are customers still in the store. They’re coming to you to put clothes on hold. ” When we got down there, the lady in customer service said, “You need to write your name on this paper. We can put clothes on hold until tomorrow when we CLOSE at 9: 00. ” The atmosphere was literally hostile.

Very good store, but, if you try to return something from Amazon: there is no signal or Wi-Fi at the return desk. If you have trouble walking like me, is no fun to have to walk to the front for each item you are returning. I wish the desk had cell phone signal. Thank you.

I use to stop by this store whenever the Grandkids came to visit and get them a gift. But their staff is so wonderful I now stop by all the time to shop, Jorge the Manager is a great guy. I love the brands and savings.

I came here to return an item to Amazon. It's a convenient place for me to come and the bonus is 25% off an item from Kohl's. I don't shop a lot at Kohl's but the 25% off is often good enough for me to make a purchase.

Excellent service at kohls today. Want sure what to expect during a pandemic but needed to go to return something to Amazon. Also need shoes for myself and my son. Got immediate help retiring my item to Amazon and also had someone helping me find some hiking boots. Thanks for being open and having enough staff to offer great service.

I will never buy from your store again. My wife has spent thousands of dollars at your store. No more. I will make it my life's mission to share with my family and friends to no longer shop at your store. Average products and high prices. You took my pillow from your stores. Stay out of politics. You have lost a lot of your shoppers.

Clean & as always great deals. I went there to return an Amazon package but ended up shopping a little bit. Got some cute LC Lauren Conrad earrings that I plan to wear in 2025 when quarantine is over. Its going to be riveting.
