Couldn't return Amazon box but come to find out they should have taken it won't be back to that store ever

I love the people who work here. So friendly always willing to help. A great selection from casual to business attire. Lauren Conrads collection is great

The Floorplan is awful. Sephora outlet takes up a huge block in the middle of the store. I was unable to find anything I wanted. Total waste of time. I used to love shopping at this store but not any more.

Great store to shop. Did not have a lot of help looking for facial products. Customer service notthst great. But like there merchandise.

I've had a Kohl's credit card for 20 years, I only shop there when I have either a 20 or 30 percent coupon. Cute clothes but they have reduced the home decor because of the large space Sephora takes up

Their stock resembles a store who sale resales and items that he been returned and out of stock from other stores. Most of the item are out of stock and need to be ordered, from other stores on line.

The men's section has been quartered down from the size that it was once before. If you're looking for anything dressy pass on this one because all that you're able to find are about eight different types of ties, and a miniscule selection of brands.

Rudest sales staff. I asked Kate where the shorts were, received rude answer. Kate then checked me out, no smile nothing.

Wasn't bad, but didn't wow me either. Layout and selection getting kinda dated. Also only Rangers stuff? There is another Texas team that has won a world series. Could use some ASTRO gear. Also Texas Tech could stand to be represented too. Great staff, and very clean and organized store.

Well stocked retail store. Good parking. Friendly staff. However, didn't have what I needed, hence the four stars.

They have nice clothes and good clearances. Clothes are not as high as the mall and the weekly sales do help with prices. The employees are not friendly and not one acknowledged anyone of us. We were a group of 8.

Not the store of yesterday that's for sure. They got rid of their jewelry department.

First time to try self pick up. Went great. Found some cute things on sale as well, and a coupon online to use! Enjoy shopping here!

Outrageously expensive; the selection of inventory has dwindled, and there was only 1 person at the checkout.

It's ashame the department store are not what they used to be. Stock has been reduced today was looking for a gift for my granddaughters birthday, looking for a birthstone

Great location with many options. Very clean, and I always appreciate the fast checkout process.

I like Kohl's and like to shop there. My only objection is the three possibilities for discounts. 15% 20% or 30%. I wish it would just be one of the percentages for everyone. I only shop there when l have a 30% off coupon.

Kohl's is a great store, one of my favorites! They have a nice selection of clothes, shoes, accessories and household items and decor.

Every time I buy clothes at Kohl’s I am let down. My wife bought me a new Sonoma flannel shirt that I was so anxious to put on because it looked great at the store. I’m 6’4 and 260 lbs.and she bought me a 2XLT which any other brand fits me fine. The shirt was so tight I barely got my arms in the sleeves and could almost hear the buttons screaming for mercy around my waist. I thought I got a great flannel shirt, turns out that the Sonoma clothing factory has no idea how a 2XLT shirt should fit. Flannel shirts should never fit tight.

Special shout to Customer service representatives once again for making returns as easy as they should be. The woman working tonight was especially helpful and kind!
