They have all kinds of footwear and have a wide variety of things, the discounts are great and the staff is very calm
Kohls didnt have any super specials, just the buy one get one at half off and since I didnt have my discount mailer it wasn't worth buying anything. Next time l'll go prepared.

I visited the Kohls Store to buy some things. When I was ready to checkout I went to the register that leads to Bassett Place. The older lady at the register informed me in a rude way that it is no monger checkout but online pickup and drop off. She pointed to all the white papers that said online (looked not professional). I have been a customer for many years and I have always used this checkout for checkout. It even had a big sign hanging from the ceiling that said check out and returns. You used to be a friendly store but no more! I think other people notice it too and every time I go to Kohls the store is basically empty. I am not sure if I will be back because I can get better customer service in other stores.
Went to return an Amazon item. Was in and out in less than 10 minutes.
