Kohl's, Leander TX

Great service at checkout every time. No matter how busy they are, the staff is curious and friendly.

They are up in the past quarterly reporting 2023. I think it was 2 positive quarters for a change. These are easy department stores to run and grab/pay for items. The membership cards do save retentive customers' money and hooks for more purchases. My only fuss, is a lack of Americana items as they are trying to bend the knee to satisfy too many groups. This is mostly normalized in retail today. We move on.

I was greeted when I walked through the door. Very nice. I also love that you can drop off your Amazon returns here. On they day I went there were no sales of coupons, no Kohl's cash. Pick your days carefully. Lol

The cashier seemed inconvenienced by my presence. Granted it was early, almost 10am. After he finished online shopping on his phone he pointed me to the register he was supposed to be manning. My questions were met with annoyance and confusion. I’m accustomed to better service so I’ll stick with my local Kohl’s in Georgetown.

Leander store is the best place to shop for everything! The store is clean. The staff is so nice and I love the prices with the sales.

I choose the Leander Kohl’s over my local one because their store is more organized, staff are helpful, and there is more product selection.

The associate that checked out my significant other was trying to get them to sign up for a Kohl’s card without fully explaining the details about it. He’s not from America, so he just gave his personal information without asking for more details. When I advised he didn’t do it today and research more about it, the associate became very abrasive to us, especially when he cancelled his application. She told him that she’s sorry she couldn’t save him money, and that he’s a good person but I’m not. We feel very unwelcome and will not be returning.

First time @ Kohl's; I was highly impressed by the staff quick response with customers. The tidiness, arrangement of merchandised were very impressive; prices were acceptable especially they offer Military Discount (Makes a BIG difference). I would like to shout out to Ms. Martina -very sweet and efficient Cashier and so with the rest of the staff.

The associate Martina, was very helpful, kind and interactive with me at the checkout. She also helped me with saving money on my purchase.

As soon as i entered the store I was hit over the head with a baseball bat and then they covered my body in a thick layer of vaseline. Would not visit again.

During my latest visit to the Kohl's store, I was impressed by the quantity of merchandise on display, particularly in the clothing department. However, I was not impressed with the selection of petite clothing and shoes which were inadequate. I appreciated the kind employees who greeted me upon entry and especially the kind cashier, Glynda, who was very sweet and friendly during the check-out process.

Marlina was especially helpful at the Leander, Texas store. She helped me maximize my coupons and made sure I got my Kohls cash since I had made multiple purchases.

Our goto place for Amazon returns. The store is very clean and neat. Staff are cordial. Prices are reasonable and they always provide you with discount coupons.

The store was well displayed, priced, and neat. Probably the best I've seen this store look!
