Love this store! They have good quality name brands for reasonable prices. Store is cleaned and organized. Nice polite workers

Store was busy!
Certain departments like the kids shoe area gets a bit cramped especially during back to school shopping season.

Otherwise, I found the store clean, well laid out and easy to find what I needed. Dressing areas were open with no wait also!

They had plenty of check out counters open so we were able to get checked out quickly with little wait.

Rose at the Baybrook location was very friendly and helpful. She is definitely a great asset to their team.

Very good place to buy clothes, shoes and household items, the prices are moderate, I recommend it %.

Kohl's used to be great. The selection of clothes is always the same and it isn't really what I would consider fashionable or even cute. I used to be able to find tons of deals and the selection was great. People working at this location weren't very friendly and acted like they really didn't want to be at work today. They had no coupons to use. Phone internet takes forever to connect inside this location to look for coupons on your phone. Overall, what used to be great is now just meh at best.

While I was here a man was standing in the center of the store saying loudly, "Does anyone work here? ! " Left thinking. Not anyone you want to interact with.

Very clean store, with a great selection, friendly staff. Great prices on all their merchandise. I recommend checking them out.

Sad to see such a large section of the store revamped in order to accommodate a new Sephora space. When you go into Kohl’s or J.c. Penney stores who have done this as well, you see the same effect……no one shopping in Sephora. Seems to be a mistake for the shopper.

One of the best places to shop for Christmas and back to school. The stores are clean and the sales personnel are wonderful!

Clean & organized. Amazon signage needs to be in the front and very obvious since this store put their Amazon return area tucked way back in the far right with a tiny sign. Great customer service!

Kohls products are too expensive. The only reason I go to shop there is for childrens clothes, cute outfits.

I’ve always noticed that the last 4 times me my mother & little sister have went to this specific store it’s always the same people following us thru out the store you give us a Kohl’s card but that mean we not able to shop around the store in peace? It’s a shame that people can’t shop where they want to any more. You guys are already watching us on the camera i presume so that mean let a OVER GROWN MALE follow a 13year old LITTLE GIRL into the dressing room? Thats public Indecency that a little girl can’t try on clothes in a store any more then before she could even go into the dressing room you lock her out of all of them? What type of store is that?

Its always nice and relaxing to shop here. Its quiet, employees are helpful, easy to find what you’re looking for, and lots of random things to explore.

The addition of the Amazon section where you can return things you bought from Amazon without the need of packaging it first or printing a shipping label is just unbelievably awesome! Oh did I mention it free!? ️️️️️

Extremely rude old black woman that was mean to me and other customers for no reason, we weren’t rude to her at all and neither was the other customers. Was even wrong about the coupons after claiming to be there for 15 years. Much better service at the pasadena store, DO NOT come here.

Nobody bugs me when I'm taking my time looking at items, and the checkout staff are consistently very pleasant and helpful. Kohl's in Webster, you are my go-to for clothes, bedding, and accessories.

About as middle-of-the-road as it gets. Nothing to celebrate, sometimes has some stuff you want, but mostly not. At least the staff is.there?
