I haven't seen customer service like I saw in Sephora today. Everything was just perfect!

Not what it used to be. Used to I could find plenty of clothes in my style & size which is pretty generic size. Not an abundance that I would buy now

Excellent response by manager Kevin and cashier Kefah to a pricing request. One of the very best places to shop is Kohl's.

They treated me in the best way, that's why I give 5 stars, especially Miss Angelica, very kind and respectful.

If you’re trying to apply here DON’T very unprofessional me and my boyfriend had separate interviews. Had confirmed dates and times and NEITHER one of the managers showed up for our interviews very unorganized and waste of time.

It was one lady there who made my experience easier, her name was Angelina—there was a older white lady just having an attitude with me and my boyfriend. Had a strong feeling it was due to racism. I had on my mask, like the pandemic is coming back. Wouldn’t allow me to use my kohls pay, because she “needed” my email or phone number.what type of customer has to provide identification? SUPER DISRESPECTFUL AND IM GOING TO MAKE SURE I CALL HR i ain’t gone be rude, im going to make sure you lose that job you’re so entitled to.

Eh kinda small. Also half the times things are even in stock and can’t buy in store but only online. Run of the mil honestly.

I love Kohls of Rockwall. They are friendly and easy to talk too. I spend by pastime there, even if I don't buy anything. I enjoy the atmosphere. Thanks for having the Bali representative there yesterday. She was so helpful and I felt so special getting all the person care and help to select Bali products. Well done Kohls!

Went for shoes. The kids selection is ok, I wouldn't say great, rather ok and messy. Wish they had a little more selection.

There are many nice associates at the Rockwall Kohls, but Customer Service associate, Angela, deserves recognition. There were 5 customers ahead of me in line and Angela was patient, kind, and courteous to everyone of us. Angela is very knowledgeable and handles her job with professionalism. I hope Kohl's uses Angela to train other associates!

Always have great deals. Just got to be smart and use their Kohl's cash with the deals!

Cut up my kohls card today in the store and closed my account, due to the ideology of attacking our children with your political stance. In no way, shape or form is it okay to force the poison that you all spew on our kids! You’re a demonic and a satanic company and you all of you should be held liable for this type of behavior! #Done!

I went to Sephora Inside kohls in Rockwall and the person in charge on 03/25/23 didn’t want to respect the sales price even though it was a sign as well as online for a Lancôme foundation, she was very rude.
