Kohl's, Arlington TX

Dropping off Amazon return. Not really fan of prices nor items. Every Kohl's that ive visit cashiers are eating limes; meaning not pleasant.

The gal at the register wasn't very friendly. She was short with me when I asked her why I couldn't use the 20% coupon. She asked me if I read the details! Excuse me? How rude.

The store was super organized and clean. And with these times that you feel like customer service is nonexistent and what wasn't that way here. It was happy experience

Great it was so empty in there and the line for Amazon returns were more busy probably because the prices were crazy on their products

Just found out I could take my Amazon returns here. This works out great for the days and hours the UPS Stores are closed.

I lie the quality kohls clothing has, and they carry my favorite brand of shoes (sketchers).

Came for men’s white dress socks, couldnt find any or anyone to help but it’s a nice peaceful location. Sephora employee was so pleasant and helpful. Oh I love that Sephora is in here.

Dear Kohls, a 695 piece Lego set is NOT an Infant Toy or an Electronic. Therefore, it should have qualified for the discount coupon I had. The cashier was so nice about it though, made me laugh. She told me the coupon was pretty much only good for the in house brand name, Sonoma. Still a great store I think.

Join them & they send you a $5 coupon for birthday. I bought a $45 dress marked down 70% & used kohl cash birthday & got for a $1.78.can't beat that. TY Kohl's!

Bought new jeans and the 2nd time I wear them they ripped.will take them all back an see what Kohls will say. I think they are defective. Poorly made.

The Sephora staff acted like I was bothering them when I asked them to color match me with a foundation. When the person came to help me, they were really rushed like they were trying to get back to stocking or something I guess.will never shop there again. Prefer Ultra beauty. The stores will not last in Kohl’s. They will go out of business just like the ones in JCPenney’s did!
