I went Sephora khols toady the lady worked there werda she was very rude she didn’t greed the customers she was busy in restocking the products

I just had this wonderful employee named Robin help me with several suits for my upcoming medical conference. She was perfect, extremely knowledgeable, and helped me with everything I needed from head to toe! Thank you so much!

We shop around after returning something to Amazon. Everything here is expensive even after using the coupon. I don't think this place will be in business much longer.

BE CAREFUL when buying here, they will steal money from your credit card. I got some stuff online and I decided to return it to this store because I wasn’t satisfied with the quality of the product. Well, it was a mistake to make a purchase to begin with because when I went to return it the person who processed my return didn’t process the full refund and when I asked he came with many unclear excuses and didn’t want to rectify the mistake. I went back the next day and talk to the store manager and he told me there was nothing he could do that I have to call kohl’s customer service. I did call when I was at the store and they couldn’t have a clear explanation why they were stealing money from my credit card. I never got the money back to my credit card they technically forced me to buy some stuff in there so they could apply the money stolen from my credit card. Unbelievable! I will never buy stuff from kohl’s again. Whatever they are doing is ilegal.

I will never come back to this location! The prices were not accurate on 2 of my items. When I inquired about the price, I was rudely told by the cashier to “calm down”. I was perfectly fine until she said that. Even my boys were shocked by how rude she was. I kept my composure and did not stoop to her level of unprofessionalism.

Inventory is getting low again. The men’s side registers have been closed and completely removed. Only 2 registers were open and there was a line of people waiting while several employees just walked by.

There are tons of clothes on the racks that belong in other sections of the store.

Excellent place, quality and brand in clothes, shoes and more, good customer service, I recommend it 100%

If I am honest, I only really go to Khol's for amazon returns. But I still think it is worth noting that the attendants that work this counter is ALWAYS pleasant and work rather quick to get you in and out. Makes for a very convenient transaction. They also do a good job getting my items logged quickly- helping me to get my refunds timely.

I was able to find what I was looking for and therefore didn't have to spend more time than I wanted to spend in the store.

In my opinion, of the few department stores that remain, there is a variety of clothing and, for example, legos at a good price, it is an option for gifts and there are many around Houston at least

They always have misplaced clothing under the wrong electronic price. Once you get to the checkout, you get the wrong price. I don’t know if it’s on purpose or an oversight but it’s annoying!

This is the line. Managers or lack of any planning to have enough staff to check people out. It’s an extra level of pain to have your time wasted so the store can save a few dollars. AVOID this store unless you want your time wasted!
