Kohl's Katy, Houston TX

This is Kohl's what can I say. I like this location close to lunch places after I shop! Also a plus Amazon packages can be returned here too!

Need to update hours. Drove from Houston looking for a specific item that my nearest Kohls didn't have and they were closed. I got there at 8: 20pm when store hours say they close at 9pm.

I love this place. It always has what I need! It has everything, clothes, shoes, small kitchen appliances!

Loved it. All employees followed all covid guidelines. The store was extremely clean. Staff was very helpful.

I had a great customer service experience thanks to Ms Pravina she really was able to help me out through my checking out experience

Updated review: This store has now put up signs and a designated spot for Amazon returns so I upgraded my review from the review below.

The inventory still seems low and not many options for in season clothing though. Maybe it's related to the pandemic like everything else.

You get a 25% coupon with Amazon returns so may as well shop while there.

Previous review: Horrible customer service and inventory. There are no signs to direct you to the appropriate line for returns or Amazon returns.

Waited in line ten minutes just to be told I'm in the wrong line. Went to another line and representative answered phone first for another 7 minutes before helping me.

I don't recommend this location at all and it's only a matter of time before they close anyway.

This place has become a great place to find all my family's sporting clothes and shoes. The prices are very competitive and I get Kohls cash for my next purchase! #winning

Kohl's is one of my favorite stores I love that they do cash back deals on occasions and if you are a card holder they rewards you highly with excellent coupons even if you just sign up under the email you still get great deals the prices are already really good and the fact that they mark them down frequently and offer coupons is a real deal for me I definitely put them at the top of my list for shopping and highly recommend their items

In short, I had a $20 Kohl's cash, and a $10 promotional gift card.
While out of town called to inquire about expiration on both. Was advised that both had a grace period. That I could still use them upon return to town. The did honor the Kohl's cash but would not accept the $10 gift card. I hate when the business tells me one thing and does another!

I can always find big savings here. I get so excited about Kohls cash and as a frequent shopper I am earning big and it is easy to use. I have my favorite associates I see each time.

As a department store, Kohl's has value. Fair prices for great quality products in a clean and organized store. Customer service is excellent as associates are fairly knowledgeable about the products they sell. The refund policy is extremely fair favoring the customer.

I love shopping at Kohl's but was my first and last time ever coming to this location! I have a 3 month old baby so very convenient for me to shop at a kohls where I can find stuff for myself, baby and the home. That being said me and husband ans baby came with a happy mood for shopping, unfortunatly baby had a little diaper leak so went to restroom to change her up- I usually always have an extra bags with me to put dirty clothes in but had ran out so asked husband to get me a bag. He goes to cashier to ask they inform him store policy no bag without purchase. He lets the cashier know we will be purchasing but just need one now for the baby, he said wasn't upto him and brings manager. Manager states it's store policy even having said we will be purchasing. Anyways he had to end up purchasing a chololate bar on spot to bring me a platic bag for the baby dirty clothes. This was by far veryyy dissappointing- understand their are policies but as manager can show leniency especially as we were going to be purchasing our shopping anyways! Needless to say very poor customer service, wasn't expecting such from such a big departmental store!
Really should consider what type of managers are being hired. Honestly a bag wasn't a big deal it was the inconvenience. A little customer service would have gone a long way.
Never shopping at this location got a sour taste for Kohls now.

Shelves always look like the store just got looted. Could not find anything I was looking for so I just left and drive somewhere else. Amazes me how they sell any clothes as the area is always a mess.

I'm 100% satisfies with everything, great deals good stuff, welcoming staff members excellent service and they are helpful, it's my first time to shopping there I enjoy.they need to hire more workers like the lady working on register her name is Dena she's so helpful and treating the customer with passion.

Went in to return an online order. The clerk interrupted me, then called me a liar. It was worth the drive to take my business to a different store in town.

False advertisement. Price on rack wasn't the same at register. When scanned with hand held from a floor sales associate it had same price as rack. The cashier did not honor my in store coupon either.which was directly from website. Whatever Kohl's, keep it.

Good selection in Christmas dresses for girl. Fast check out. Clean restroom. Need more selection in boots for women.

Customer service is always #1, on this night I didn't feel as if a CSR understood the meaning of CUSTOMERS service. Telling a customer that a specific produce is no longer in the store with out knowing for a fact is unacceptable. Knowing it's a call away to check with another department to see if it's in stock. I know it could be really stressful during these times but yeah when you sign up for a retail job.it's your job to keep the customer happy, and that I wasn't. 8 months pregnant and having to walk 2x around the whole store to find the produce, because I didn not believe the so call "CSR MEMBER. " The cashier was so much more pleasant- actually helped me and answered my questions.

Nice place not a very big selections on clothes as per sizes. I spent most of my time looking for my size as far as shirts I just really wasn't that impressed.

The dressing rooms are messy with food and clothing and the customer service isn’t much better.
