I would like to thank the staff at this store for not attempting to ask me to waive my Rights via wearing a mask.

Seems like crime in the area has changed towards the worse so don't think this location is best for safety of shoppers

Love Kohl's however, still required masks and no dressing rooms available for trying on clothing.

I love that I can return Amazon packages there. That is why I went and they make the process easy.

Very bad experience with drive pick up, waited 20 min and nothing had to get out and get my own stuff. Had to wait inside for another 5-10 min. Don't recommend it

Very helpful, I had to drive a pretty good distance to get to this location. When arrived they were somewhat attentive. I guess it was busy. The lady helped me found the jewelry I wanted and all was fair.

This Kohl's is hit or miss sometimes the stories in order things go smooth and sometimes it's a mess of the staff can be hit or miss depending on the day of the week at the moment they're busy good luck trying to get anyone to actually assist you but you can stop by it is shoppable

Went to pick up an online order and the guy who helped me was extremely unprofessional. He referred “the thing” for the online confirmation. After receiving my online order I literally walked out the store with the pair of shoes within the box. The employee didn’t even bother to offer a plastic bag. Besides the incident, there was a long line for returns and online pickup. Only two workers and endless customers waiting. First and last time going to this location.

I went to 4 different Kohls stores yesterday. Out of all of them, this particular location didn't have anything. Merchandise was limited to small and medium sizes on most everything I looked at. I also noticed certain kitchen appliances, which were abundant in the other 3 stores, were not even in the Tomball store.

The quality of the close seems to be getting cheaper and cheaper looking. Starting to feel a lot like Kmart!

Horrible. Lines were almost out the door for returns and merchandise pick up while cashier's stood there doing nothing! Man the areas where there are customers! Very poorly managed store in general.

Very helpful folks. Kohl's has quality merchandise, store is well organized, and clerks courteous and knowledgeable.

I asked Anne a simple question “Do you have any scratch offs? And she answered no with an attitude. Then I asked her if I used the kohl’s card would I get a discount and she answered again with an attitude “No” and didn’t say anything else. She needs to learn how to be more friendly and approachable.

It's a decent retail location, albeit understaffed. My online order took 20 minutes to pick up as there was 1 cashier working at the customer service station until there was 9 of us waiting to be helped. Friendly cashier.

I ordered braun hair trimmer online and just picked up. When I get home I realized that it is opened and torn. It has some hair on it. Also there is no razor that is shown on the package as free. I think they just took their chance to sell used item. They wasted my time.

Very unorganized and especially the toy and shoe departments as well as each clearance section.

Talk about a great store very well organized. We spend a lot of money there we had a blast and got tons of clothes.

I like shopping at Kohl's because every thing is reasonably priced and often have sales, they frequently send out coupons that can be used on top of discounts, and they have a good reward program. I docked a star because this location is often cluttered and a bit messy.

Staff is great in here and you can find quite a few bargains here. Store is always clean, unlike the store next door.

Had to wait almost 40 to get checked out due to not enough cashiers not acceptable on a big sale weekend of labor day. And clothes were not organized and tidy many departments in dissarray.
