Erika made our checkout process quick, easy, and fun! She made us laugh and sparked a mini conversation. Normally when we go, the cashiers be serious, but Erika made me change how I felt about the whole store. One person does make a difference. Thank you!:)

Pretty nice they give you great deals, i mean yeah some of it is exspensive but hey they last a long time and have great quality, the store is clean, and the employees are nice.

Service Attitude not professional at all, when returning Item for the first time ever at Kohl's. Disappointed and ready to leave as fast as possible.
