Restaurant Kolache Factory reviews
11Luis was so helpful with my order I had a problem with my card but he waited patiently as I resolved it. He still managed to have my food heated up after I had payed, thanks for the great job.
I went to buy two kolache and when I got home and heat them up they where dry and the steak was hard I was told to heat them for 10-15 seconds wasn't worth the time or money
Food/Service (s) : Food is pretty decent; what you’d expect at any of their locations.
Parking: Sufficient for a restaurant of this size and type.
Restroom (s) : N/A—did not use.
Customer Service: Some of the best in the industry. I’ve always had really good service at this chain of restaurants.
Cleanliness/Sanitation: Above average for a restaurant of this type.
Recommend: Highly recommended if you’re in this area and in the mood for a kolache. I tried their turkey/stuffing kolache and wasn’t really a fan. Good idea given the upcoming holiday I suppose, but the dressing needs quite a bit of refinement and instead of just wrapping everything in a slice of salty ham, try using honey ham instead.
Quick service great food with alot of flavor! A very diverse variety of foods and wish they had more locations in Florida!
Everyone seems like their boss is cutting their hours or makes them feel bad for wanting to see their families. Happy employees make happy customers. Owners need to step up and stop being greedy
Often out of stock on common orders (i.e. Sausage-cheese-jalapeno). Often gets my order wrong (i.e. Order four kolaches and get home to find I have only three). And just today I was told they will no longer sell small size coffees and hot chocolates.
Went there for years because it is local. I'm done. Will travel to Gessner from now on.
Update: I rated one star by mistake, I love kolache factory and the service is great! Five star +
Love their sausage egg and cheese kolaches.their polish laugh is great as well. The mild one texas hot is to hot!
Used to be good. They were out of bacon / egg/ cheese last 3 times i went there. Yet, they carry tons of inedible stuff no one really likes. You would have thought they would track best sellers and adapt, but no, very stubborn
Very delicious kolaches. I love their variety of sweet and savory items. We got a sampling. The bacon, egg, and cheese was EXCEPTIONAL! Sausage & gravy was very interested, still delicious. The potato egg and cheese, and sausage egg and cheese we're both tasty, but paled in comparison to bacon. They had "pepperoni pizza", and it was good. But I wish there was pizza sauce inside. I would have just called it a pepperoni roll. The only sweet one I got was cream cheese. Very, very tasty. My only issue was that my server placed it in the bottom of the bag, so I lost a good bit of filling. And they WAY over microwaved everything. To the point that some of the bread was very tough and hard to eat. I wish they would have asked if I wanted them heated instead of just going for it.
My kids order the pepperoni, the bacon and cheese, but can sometimes come out raw, I love the Egg and potatoe with a hit of tomatoes are my favorite thing to eat there. I filling fast to go breakfast wrapped in a bun
