Kolache Stop, San Antonio TX

Kolache Stop is one of my favorite restaurants in town, and a regular weekend treat. The quality is always exceptional, the prices are very fair, and they really are delicious. Even with a massive range of options, I've never had one I didn't enjoy.

GREAT food and selection. Popular with my adult children and grandkids. GREAT selection if you get there early.

BEST Kolache's ever! I absolutely love the green chili chicken! The staff are always so nice! The cookies and just everything are amazing

Great kolaches! First time I went the front counter person wasn’t very warm or friendly. Second time I went they closed up shop 30 mins prior to closing. Idk if there will be a third time

Kolache Stop has been a staple in my Go-To's for years. Every time it's amazing food & wonderful service. So many delicious kolaches to choose from; you'll always have a new favorite! Highly recommended!

Kolache Stop is my favorite place in San Antonio for kolaches. The owner is always pleasant. Native Texans and some eastern Europeans may complain that these are not “authentic”, but I will say they are the most genuinely delicious and certainly more authentic than most places in town. The dough is soft and chock full of flavoring of your choice. My favorites are the potato and chorizo, but all of them are good.

Drove in to check this place out. Arrived at 1 pm and hardly any food in here. Waste of time

I went in for a coffee but when I went to fill my cup, they were out. The man working behind the counter was super nice and offered to make me an iced coffee and gave me a free pastry. The coffee is good and the service is great

I have stopped in at Kolache Stop twice now and each time has been amazing.

To start with, the kolaches are incredibly tasty! I have tried several of the fruit varieties as well as the chorizo, sausage, and the BBQ beef. Each was fantastic, so much so that I risked taking a box through the TSA line on my way home! I have fond memories from when I was a kid of my dad getting boxes of kolaches when were visited our extended family in the Houston area. The place he bought them from has long since closed down, and I had been searching for somewhere that captured the flavor that I remembered. Kolache Stop definitely does and then some!

Absolutely the best dough

First time there and it was absolutely delicious, owner was super nice and we really wanted to try one of everything! Very reasonably priced, clean facilities, get there before stuff runs out! Highly recommend!

50/50 chance of tasting a great kolache; not all are great but some are. Raspberry and cream cheese & pepperoni were great. However, the ham/cheese and sausage were not.

Delicious kolaches, very reasonable prices! Whether you want savory or sweet, they’ve got something for you. The wait is never ridiculous, and this is my favorite Saturday morning breakfast stop to take out of town visitors!

Enjoyed my quick breakfast - Ordered the Jalapeño cheese sausage kolache it was quit good - less expensive than Shipley's which I like and bigger sausage the sausage flavor is different but still very good - I would definitely stop by again in the near future
