I made a virtual appointment on zocdoc as a new patient, I waited for to be contacted but no one contacted me. I called the office only to be told they don't do virtual appointment for new patient. I told them I chose new patient online and the receptionist was not apologetic at all and said she would cancel the appointment. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME
