Korner Burger Company, Richmond TX

I have been to Korner Burger with my family several times. I love everything they have. The wings, burgers, fries and wraps are so tasty. Last time there, I tried the Chicken sandwich special, let me tell you: Delicious! Also love the new Ovomaltime shake. Will keep going back!

Don’t go here. Cook doesn’t look at orders correctly then just sends it back like no big deal. They’re always out of most stuff. Chicken is always burned This place has gone down tremendously. I used to recommend but it’s gone way down now. They just don’t care anymore.

UTTERLY DISAPPOINTED AND DISGUSTED! I have tried to be very civil about this issue but the business just seems to keep giving me the run around. On last Friday around 1130 am, my boyfriend and i went to the KORNER BURGER restaurant, he ordered the angus burger (which was delicious and amazing) and i the grilled chicken wrap (pay attention to this one). I’m not sure if the chicken wasn’t handled properly or if the cooks didn’t wash their hands; I’m not sure. Either way, i had food poison. I was sick until Monday evening and immediately called the KORNER BURGER establishment so that they could write their wrong. I only spoke to the “supervisor “ on shift who assured me the manager would call. Still nothing and I’ve made my second attempt at contacting the location with absolutely no help. I normally don’t do this AT ALL but because this could’ve been a LIFE ALTERING situation; i thought I’d let the public know. #DOBETTERKORNERBURGER

I really want to rate them higher since they are local, but we were extremely disappointed. I’m not sure if it was just the day that we went, but the food was not flavorful at all and was way to expensive for what you get.

I got the Cowboy burger and got it with a side of regular fries. The burger patty itself had zero flavor. Couldn’t taste even any salt or any such flavor. It wasn’t juicy and was super bland. All I could taste was the bbq sauce that was on the burger. It overwhelmed everything else.

The fries were also flavorless. Even after adding salt myself, I still couldn’t taste any flavor. My toddler who loves fries had one and didn’t want to eat anymore after. My wife got the standard burger and said it was also flavorless.

I’m not trying to review bomb this place, but I just want to offer some constructive (hopefully) feedback from my experience.

Try adding some sort of seasoning to your burgers patty. Make them stand out a little more in flavor.

Same with the fries. It tasted like nothing. The presentation was decent, and the burger did stay together.
The bun was honestly the best part of the burger. I just wish the ingredients that went inside the burger were better.

I honestly wish I just went to whataburger instead, and I would have saved at least $20 and would not have left disappointed.

My family and I love the Korner Burger and have been there several times. Burgers are fresh and full of flavor. It’s the best real burger in the area for sure. My favorite is the Kornerburger Chicken Philly burger, I think it’s a house special, so delicious! And I can never leave without one of their milkshakes.

Great burgers! The fries were a little bit soggy which was disappointing. The milk shakes were excellent according to my daughter who says it tastes like creamy ice cream! Will definitely order again!

It wasn’t very bad but kind of disappointing! Was expecting better based on the reviews. The burgers are ok nothing special, more on the dry side, the chicken wrap was absolutely terrible, all lettuce with very little chicken. The place was almost empty and it seemed that whoever was there didn’t want us to come in! The fries weren’t that good either, they were cold and they give you a small portion. Considering the price, the food isn’t worth it. Pricey for what you get. We’ll not go back.

I got the amigo burger but substituted with crispy chicken and added an egg. It was pretty good but could have been spicier. Yes I see other reviews saying it's priced a lil high but every thing has gone up. I'll go back.

Great bun, good meat, cooked nicely, overall ok burger. However cowboy burger used a generic bbq sauce. With so many great bbq sauces possible, a more distinctive (and tasty) bbq sauce would be better. Fries were ok, but limp and not crispy. Pepsi fountain drinks and poor iced tea from mix (not brewed). Potential, but missing the little things to be great.

We have been to Korner Burger 3X and have always been very pleased with the service, quality and great taste. I was trying to watch the Coogs game and the owner made every effort to find it and put it on. Prices a very reasonable and the burgers are tasty. We love the sweet potatoes fries. Im very impressed with this burger establishment and Im pretty sure the other items on the menu are just as good. Highly recommend it. Keep
