I wish I took a before and after photo. Basically I dropped something on my Oxford dress shoes, probably hand sanitizer. There was an ugly stain. However, they were able to get it out! And salvage the shoes!

Excellent! They always do a wonderful job repairing my red bottom shoes (and I've come up with some very creative ways to damage them) and the prices are very reasonable. Just a wonderful place. 10 out of 10 recommend. Also, she fixed bags as well!
Great staff and quick to get things done. Did pay for a cleaning on two shoes and they did a great job, they just didn’t clean the bottoms, so it was muddy. Haha. Good overall
Very handy to have in the neighborhood. I bought some cute boots from Genesis thrift store for $10, I replaced the heel with nonslip protection so I can wear them at my restaurant job, and had them stretched for comfort. $20 bucks.

Friendly, Solid work. The clerk is always friendly and sweet (can't remember her name but she's been there for at least 5 years or more now). They just started texting you when your boots are ready.
