9Best quality workmanship and customer service. I took in my truck a few weeks ago after a minor accident. Ines was awesome he got me right in no appointment. They let me bring it in after hours to drop it off. And even with several issues with the insurance company they handled everything to make sure my truck received everything it needed. The truck looks brand new again like nothing ever happened. Definitely recommend this place.
Had car painted over a year ago by this shop. I returned about 7 times for work discrepancies. Just found out, by a paint pro, that the paint on my car was mixed with clear coat and was applied that way. The correct procedure is primer, paint, clear coat. I don't recommend this shop at all. AVOID this shop.

I was involved in a fender bender about 20-25miles away from the shop; the shop had come highly recommended by a friend who was previously in a wreck. I called, and they quickly arranged for a tow truck, gave me an initial assessment of damages with estimated costs and timelines. They met almost every single timeline and when anything came up they would readily communicate giving me the assurance my car was in great hands. I was even more impressed when I picked the car up, very detailed, refined work by Mr. Lopez and the shop. I will definitely recommend KPI to anyone in a collision needing excellence service whilst getting their car fixed
