No overnight parking don't come more than 1-2 hrs early and they are slow so be prepared to wait

Bad reviews for delivering are true. 07-15-20: arrived at 1100 at shipping & receiving office. Personell was extremely unenthusiastic to be nice. Appointment at 1200.1454 called to door. 1514 came out, broke seal, backed into door. Its 1621 and still haven't begun to unload. Only 2 trucks have been unloaded since I have been here. 1st one was leaving while I drove back to scale area to park after checking in. Very pathetic receiving department here.

Doesn’t evan wana give 1 star to this place. Checked in at 1pm i dont have a door yet and its 6.15pm.

Great place to deliver to. They get you in and unloaded quickly. You can come in up to 2 hrs early, but there is no onsite parking, so one empty you'll have to leave. The layout there is good with lots of room to maneuver. Security staff is very helpful, and get you to the proper place to pick up or deliver.

Only let you in 2 hours before appointment time. Fast unload. Nowhere to park in the surrounding areas. No overnight parking.

Very bad peoples especially receiving came here 10 am with 13: 00 pm apt, they send me back they call me 13: 30 pm they send me shipping department they said just stay there samebody will came out to u, I didn’t see no body, they ask u money to unload hey truckers u have to keep $20 dollar or no body unload, I will give them 0-star

Apptmnt for 7am i was here at 6am and got door 9am unload 11.25 am horrible property no space for overnite parking or waitting employers includding managers have attitude very bad experience.

Hi trucker security is nice before you backup on dock take pic load pilots if you don’t do your load fall down you pay and second thing your are on dock face to frorest lane then you have to have $ 20 dollars in your hand otherwise unloading men go on lunch break any time be careful!

Cool ppl here. Had to fly a bunch of steel for their new addition to the facility. Easy in and out.

Took me 1 hour earlier than my appointment but took them 2 hours to get me unloaded. Only took 20 min to get loaded at the shipper. Waited 1 hour for them to come out and unseal my trailer. Do not wait for them to come out on their on keep ringing door bell. Stupid configuration recieving office is all the way around the plant and than they send you back to the front to get unloaded

You can smell this plant from down the street. I think they're making either salad dressing or mayonnaise, but the smell is atrocious. Can't the city make them vent that smell elsewhere, it's nauseating.

Not bad as I Heard about this place good people nice customer service quick unloading easy to work with them

All these ppl working here but they only have one loader it seems like. Come on time you wait hours to unload. Come early you still have to wait. Like its awesome sitting in the parking lot waiting to burn up my fuel and lose all my hours. But all the kraft food I've been to do the same thing. Hurry up n wait.

Terrible place for delivery or pickup, security will get you in and you are on your own,
Be careful, didn’t se any visual management outside to help you get to Recieving office, dock lines not clearly marked for parking!
Usually they send you to the back side of the building and you be back to the front again because they are missing communication process in this place!

I use to work here and the people’s here are mean Kelly service and kraft don’t care about their employees. My grandma passed away and they terminated me and my sister for it and when I try to get my stuff the lady name Ronda is rude she yank my sister name badge out her hand and ask us who let us in don’t ever work for Kelly Services again and the peoples that work at kraft for long is no better the Kelly employees
